Ayaan's POV:
"Shit shit shit", I curse running my hands in my hair as I stare at the open door from which she ran a few minutes ago.
"What the fuck was I even doing?", I groan rubbing my face up and down.
"Why the fuck was I tempted to kiss her?", I ask myself shocked with my damn behaviour. I close my eyes and recall the way she looked at me with those big brown eyes and full proper lips.
I slap myself "She's a piglet Ayaan you can't possibly want to kiss her...it's just hormones", I tell myself and nod.
Just then my phone rings pulling me out of my trace. I grabbed it and saw Kiara was calling me. I smirk to myself and pick up the call.
"Why did you leave the practice early today?", her high-pitched tone barks through the phone.
I bit my lip, I don't know what came over to me when I saw that stupid boy talk to Maya, sorry flirt with her, smile at her and I lost it when I saw her smiling at him too, I don't know why I even went to them or why I bumped my shoulder to that boy on my way to her. It was stupid.
"I was tired", I tell her taking a seat on my bed.
"Aww is my poor baby tired?", she mews and I sigh laying back on my bed.
"Yeah...do you have any solution for that?", I ask a small smile playing on my lips.
"Yeah of course I do....how about you meet me tonight and I'll help you with it", she says and I can picture her twirling her hair with a nasty grin on her lips.
"Sure...I'll drop by at 8 pm", I tell her and she agrees, we hung up and I finally gathered the guts and decided to go down.
Did she say, Mom? I think to myself and still go down to not find her anywhere.
"Mom", I call her and she tells me that she's in the kitchen, I stroll to the kitchen to find her making grape juice.
"Is there anything to eat? I'm hungry", I say and she nods handing me a plate of some plum cake and cookies. I chuckle looking at the plum cake remembering the time when I stole it from Maya.
"What are you smiling about?", my mom questions.
"Remember when I stole the plum cake from Maya and she was so pissed, it's really fun to pull her leg", I laugh harder at my explanation and look at my mom who's looking at me with a smile playing on her lips. I stop smiling when I realize what the hell I just did. That wasn't even that funny honestly.
"Don't smile like that I really hate her and she gets on my nerves too", I say and get off the kitchen counter.
"Oh and by the way I'll be heading out after dinner I have to meet up with the boys to discuss our upcoming football match", I say and she sighs.
"I don't know how your father will react to that", she says and I groan.
"Mom you always take care of that so do it this time also", I say but she starts to complain about how he'll be angry, I just kiss her forehead and tell her that I love her before running away. I step into the veranda to find Maya and Dev arguing about some math problem. So it's not only me that she quarrels with. And I don't why that's pissing me off.
