Part four- Delicate

A/N trigger warning for abuse here too. I realize that is gonna be a lot of abuse talk in this book so just be warned that probably every part will have a trigger warning<3

She looked confused around her before she started crying for Tim. "Hey I'm here" Tim said while sitting up slowly giving her a hug from behind. Lucy jumped a little before releasing it was Tim that hugged her. She quickly turned around and got on Tim's lap before she said.

"He was here... he was in the apartment.. he had killed you and tried to kill me. Where is he? Is he gone?" she said with a trembling voice before Tim hugged her tighter as he said. "He is gone now, and he's gonna be gone for a long time. He's not gonna hurt me or you. Come here now we can lay down and watch top chef. Does that sound ok?"

Lucy just nodded then she laid down on Tim's chest. Only 5 minutes later Lucy was fast asleep. Tim was playing with her hair when he got a message from Angela. "Hey. How's Lucy doing? I know it's late but I couldn't sleep without knowing." Angela wrote.

"She's not very good. She just had a nightmare about Frank killing both of us. I think I need at least 3 weeks off and probably more to" Tim answered with tears in his eyes.

The next morning Angela talked to Grey for them. And he said they should begin with taking 1 month off and then take it from there.
2 weeks later Lucy still was in a bad state. She refused to leave the house and Tim needed to stay with her at all times. They also had a therapist come to the apartment 3 times a week to talk to Lucy.

Angela came to visit once or twice a day to make sure they ate and had food in the fridge since they didn't leave the house. Angela always stayed a little just to talk and to help with things in the apartment.

It's now been 1 month since the incident and Lucy has gotten a little better. She talks a little more and has been out of the apartment a few times holding Tim close to her. Frank has gotten some prison time but not as much as Tim had hoped since they didn't have enough proof of what happened 9 years ago.

Tim was so scared to tell Lucy how much he got because he thought she may go back to the place she was in.
Tim called Angela to tell her. "He only got 7 years you serious Only 7 years" Tim was screaming in the phone.

Lucy was sleeping but heard him scream so ran to him. "Is he here... Where is he?" Lucy asked terrified for Tim. Tim told Angela he would call back and hung up. "Hey he's not here he's in prison. I'm sorry I woke you up I didn't mean to. You can go back to sleep." Tim said stroking Lucy's hair.

"I can't you were screaming and that means something is wrong. And I heard you talked about him. Is he out? Is he here?" Lucy said but Tim interrupted her. She was starting to have a panic attack again. "hey, hey you're safe here with me" Tim said while picking her up.
Lucy placed her legs around Tim's waist and her arms around his neck while crying into his neck.

Tim slowly walked them back into the bedrooms. And laid himself down on the bed while Lucy was on top of him, to help her calm down and to make her feel safe. Tim was playing with her hair when he noticed Lucy was asleep on him. He didn't want to wake her up so he just fell asleep the way he was laying.

The day after everything went as normal. Angela was by. Tim and Lucy tried to go for a little walk just out the building. They got back in and put on a movie. But suddenly while Tim was in the bathroom someone knocked on the door. Lucy went to open thinking it was Angela or John.

She opened the door and there stood Chris. He looked pissed. She didn't know why but he looked pissed. He started screaming. "You bitch. Your name was Hanna. I am a lawyer and you lied to me. You lied about who you were and who you are didn't you Hanna?" He stormed in and started beating and treating Lucy just like Frank did.

Lucy didn't know what to do or how to respond. She just stood there frozen before Chris pushed her to the floor so she hit her head on the corner of the couch. She let out a loud "owww" before passing out.

Tim came running out seeing her girlfriend laying passed out on the floor with her ex boyfriend on top of her screaming at her and beating her. "CHRIS. WHAT THE FUCK. You have no right to be here" Tim said while dragging Chris of Lucy and putting him on the floor in cuffs before messaging Angela.

"You need to get here quick bring a shop and call the ambulance". Tim ran to Lucy to try to wake her up. Chris started to scream at Tim. "She Is a fucking liar and don't deserve to live. She lied about everything. I hope she d!es" Tim tried to ignore Chris and to get any response from Lucy but he didn't.

Chris continued to scream at Tim when Angela and 2 officers bursted in the door. "What the f is happening here. Chris why are you screaming. And why is Lucy on the floor?" Angela said. She tried to get in contact with Tim. But he was fully sooned out on getting Lucy awake. "She deserved it. She deserved to die"
