Chapter XII: Soulmate

Time was flying very fast. If like 2 weeks ago they were going normally to school. Now everyone was in chaos. Why? Simple.

The annual red moon party. . Everyone was going through every corner of the school. To give everyone invitations and invite their future partners to the party. The goal of the party was of course to continue the tradition, and for some of the students maybe will find their soulmates like they should.

San already invited Woo young to go with him and the shorter accepted without thinking any second.

With Jongho and Yeosang was the same.

With Mingi and Yunho was a little difficult. At first Mingi kept telling himself that he can't do it. Then all of his friends came and comforted him and after a week he finally asked Yunho and he gladly accepted. Now Mingi could finally breathe and live in peace.

For Hongjoong and Seonghwa was easier than expected. Seonghwa didn't even let Hongjoong finish his questions but Seonghwa quickly said yes.

Now that everyone has a partner. Next thing on the list.

Get the best suit to wear. Easy to say hard to do.

All of them knew they will spend several hours searching for the best suit.

And without noticing another week passed. And today was the party. Everything was done. Even the students. They were all dresses in the best suits they saw in shops.

Maybe the only one who didn't went shopping was Hongjoong
He only came for food. Like any other normal person.

He Had a suit. A expensive one let's say. The most expensive one.

The party started somewhere at 8pm . And now it was past 11pm.

Everyone was feeling happy. They were dancing, drinking. And feeling at their best.

Except one person. Seonghwa. He was streesed, nervous, anxious and many others. He knew there was only one hour left till the red moon. He didn't want to know who is his soulmate but in the same time he was excited. Still he felt like screaming and crying. Of course he also felt good. But when the clock hit 11pm he started to panick. So he stayed alone at a table sipping his peach juice lost in his chaotic thoughts.

-Ok. Everyone. I'm sorry to interrupt your fun, but we have to get ready for the coming red moon. It takes place at every 10 years, once a week. So maybe or maybe not expect to meet your soulmates. At every 10 years a special omega, beta or alpha is chosen by the red moon to be the red moon werewolf. It's already almost 12am so expect anything. Then it went silent.

Everyone started to whisper and get excited about the red moon.

With each minute passed by Seonghwa got more scared and nervous. His hands started to tremble. He didn't want to tell Hongjoong. He didn't want to ruin his first higschool party.

He was really enjoying it.

Suddenly the clock hit 12pm.Everyone went quiet. Everyone froze in their place.

Seonghwa suddenly stood up. He went beside Hongjoong and hugged his arm tight.

He felt his heart in his throat and suddenly felt like shivering and trembling.

Suddenly the light from the red moon fixed itself on Hongjoong and Seonghwa.

Everyone turned to them and watched them. Some with shock others with pure happiness.

Seonghwa's blue eyes now turned into red one's , now matching Hongjoong's.

Suddenly Seonghwa shifted into his wolf form and started to roar, and do like all the shits. No one was panicked. It was normal.

Everyone was clapping for the new chosen wold of the moon. But for Hongjoong. Everything was a total chaos. He didn't know what was happening to Seonghwa.

-Everyone, please be patient. He isn't in full control yet. He can't control himself. For your safety don't move from your place. Seonghwa was looking at his surrounding in hope to find and exit.Every stare and emotion was to overwhelming for him. He saw a door and quickly ran out.
-Seonghwa wait-
-Let him, be. .. He is overwhelmed. His body never experienced this. His wolf has to be released. You don't have to be worried. Said Yunho.

Seonghwa was running in any direction he saw. Everything was spinning. He felt like throwing up. Every sensation was new and overwhelming to him. His pregnancy didn't help him either. He stopped. He looked at hi surroundings and started to breathe heavily. He went to a bush and threw up. Fainting on the cold dirt coming back to his wolf form.

He was breathing heavily.

-What the fuck was that. Where am I? Where is Hongjoong? And why am I naked?

He exhaled slowly and inhaled trying to regain his breathe and control.

-Was this normal?
-We'll not everything. Said a classmate of Hongjoong's.
-What do you mean?
-Like. The way he was locking. It was clear that he had control. And the way he looked at you.
-What Is that supposed to mean?
-His wolf knew your his soulmate. He knew he belonged with you. This is why his wild took control of him.

As the party ended some of the students went to search for Seonghwa.

Suddenly one of the students yelled.
-I found Seonghwa.

Hongjoong went to him with his not normal speed.

His heart cracked when he saw Seonghwa on the cold ground crying silently and breathing heavily.

-Seonghwa. He said softly.

The Omega opened his eyes now blue again.

Yunho came quickly with a long blanket and covered Seonghwa.

Hongjoong lifted him bridal style. And hugged him tight.

-Poor you. It was rough?
Seonghwa nodded.
Hongjoong kissed his forehead then presses their foreheads together.

-Everything will be alright.
-C-can we go home?
-Of course angel.

-Thanks for helping me find him. I will forever be greatful to you guys.
-Anytime.

Then he went home in a matter of second.

He helped Seonghwa shower and eat something. Before cuddling him till he fell asleep.

It was a tiring night. He deserved everything.
