Chapter XIII:Red moon birth

The next day Seonghwa woke up with a unbearable pain in his lower abdomen and private part. Then he saw a transparent liquid spreading down his legs from his private part.

-Hongjoong...
-Yes? Did something happened?
-M-my water b-broke.
-WHAT!?
-It hurts. Bad.
-Ok. Calm down and breathe. I will call your friends.
-o-ok.

Hongjoong called all their friends and told them that Seonghwa's water broke. They immediately went to Hongjoong's house. And saw Seonghwa on the bed struggling to bear with the Infernal pain.

-Yunho, Woo young cand you guys stay?
-Of course.
-Everyone outside. Yelled Wooyoung.

Everyone left. Only Yunho , Wooyoung and Hongjoong left in the room.

-Seonghwa. Don't think about the pain. Think about anything else. Inhale.... And exhale.... Good. Your doing very good.

As the pain got worse Seonghwa whimpered in pain and tears slowly left his blue eyes, then streaming down his now red cheeks.

Hongjoong went beside Seonghwa took his hand and kissed his forehead.
-You can do this. I know you can. You went through worse shits. You are stronger than you think. You can do this. I believe in you. Everyone trusts you. I love you.

-T-Thank you. It means a lot. I love you too. And I love you guys too.

-Now Seonghwa. Try to push.

Seonghwa pushed a little causing him to scream in pain.
-It's ok. Seonghwa you have a push 2 or 3 more times. Your doing good.

After 2 good hours... The baby arrived on the world.

Everyone was happy. They congratulated him and shortly after they left to give space for Seonghwa and the baby. But they promised they will come for dinner. Maybe. If not, maybe they will celebrate another day.

It was almost 9pm.The love birds already ate and the babygirl too. Yes. The baby was a beautiful girl with blue eyes like Seonghwa's. But one thing was strange. She didn't really had Kyungmin's features. Seonghwa could swear the girl was looking a little like Hongjoong. But he waved that thought off and focused on putting the girl to sleep.

But less he knew that.... It was the side effects of the red moon. Kyungmin wasn't his soulmate so let's say that the gods didn't like it. The red moon was..... Fair let's say. The night before while Seonghwa was out of control the red moon did it's job. And changed the DNA. It sounds fucking crazy, but it was true. It doesn't sounds normal. But here we are.

So to cut it shortly the child was Hongjoong's and Seonghwa even though the didn't had any adventure.

As days passed by Seonghwa slowly recovered and his mother also visited him meeting her nephew. She was so happy. They even had dinner in that day.

The sad thing was that Seonghwa had to drop school to take care of the baby.

But his mother told him that she will try to take care of the babygirl. So Seonghwa could continue school. It wasn't much left. He had his final exams. So he was grateful for his mother.

It was stressful. But it worth.

As the week passed by they already finished with their final exams.

Now the group of friends were having dinner all together to celebrate the baby's birth.Wooyoung was the only one obsessed with the baby. He would constantly ask Seonghwa if he could hold the baby. And Seonghwa let him. Of course.

As the hours passed by their friends made their leave. To let the love birds some privacy.

It was past 9pm. By that time the baby was fed, washed and now she was sleeping.

Seonghwa slowly closed the bedroom's door and went down stairs were Hongjoong was sitting on his phone.

Seonghwa sat himself beside Hongjoong and turned on the TV.

-What happened? Asked Seonghwa.
-I may or may not got the painting back.
-Really!?
-Yes. Mingi and I will go for it tomorrow.
-Hongjoong this is wonderful.
Hongjoong smiled and hugged Seonghwa tight, not before pecking his lips.
-I love you Hongjoong.
-I love you too, Hwa.
Then they kissed one more time.
-How's the baby?
-She is sleeping. She had a tiring day.
-You too.
-Please. I had worse than this.
-I know. This is why I'm here for you.
-Thank you.
-I should thank you too.
-Why?
-You were by my side too. When I felt like giving up. You were here and gave me hope. Thank you.
-Your welcome.
-We should go to sleep too.
-No. Said Seonghwa while pouting.
-We have to.
-I don't wanna. It's early.
-No it's not. You have to rest.

Then he lifted Seonghwa over his shoulder making Seonghwa Yelp in Surprise.
-Shh. You don't wanna wake the baby, do you?
-Shut up. Said Seonghwa still pouting.

They made their way upstairs.

Hongjoong slowly closed the door, silently. After that he dropped Seonghwa on the bed.

-You know you don't have to throw me on the bed.
-But, still I did it.
Hongjoong crawled in bed hugging Seonghwa from behind resting his hands on Seonghwa's waist.

Seonghwa turned around and snuggled up in his lover's chest.

He looked up letting the vampires gorgeous red eyes.

Seonghwa put his hands on the back of Hongjoong's neck and they slowly approached till the distance between them was not longer there. They kissed slowly and lovely.

They kissed and cuddled for a good time. Till they went to bed.

It was past 3am and the cry of a baby woke up both Hongjoong and Seonghwa.

Without wasting time Hongjoong went to the other room were the baby was sleeping with his paranormal speed.

This gesture startled Seonghwa a bit. He went to the other room. He stood in the door frame and watched Hongjoong and the baby The scenery in front of him made his heart melt. Hongjoong was having the baby in his arms trying to put her back to sleep. Seonghwa only stood there clenching his shirt with his fist where his heart was supposed to be. He didn't realize he was crying till he felt hot tears streaming down his face.

As the baby calmed down. Hongjoong slowly kissed the baby's forehead and put her back on the small bed. He stayed there some more minutes before turning back and seeing Seonghwa crying.

He slowly went to him closed the door of the bedroom. And said.
-What happened?
-I-I..... I just. Nothing. It's not like you are willing to do it. It's a hard job and you don't have time for this. I will do it myself.
-Hwa, what are you talking about?
-I'm talking about taking care of the baby.
-Seonghwa, I will take care of her if you want.
-Not like this.
-Then, what?
- If you, want to..... To be t-the f-father of the baby.
Hongjoong's eyes widened.
-I-I....
-It's ok. I understand you. You have a life. I can't but this weight on your shoulders. You have to enjoy your life. I'm sorry. It was stupid for me to ask you this question. I'm sorry-
-Yes.
-W-What?
-Yes. I would love to be the father of the baby. Just if you want of course.
-Yeah. It's totally fine. I just thought you want to enjoy your life, doing crazy things or others.
-I already lived my life. For me 500 years it's enough.
-Thank you.
-Of course. Anytime.

They kissed one last time before going back to bed.
