Chapter XVIII: Together forever

-Will you marry me?

Hongjoong smiled got up and put the ring on Seonghwa's finger, then they shared a sweet kiss.

-Congratulations, prince Hongjoong!
-What? Ryujin.. The fuck you doing here?! He laughed.

-Surprise. Said Seonghwa.

Slowly they made their way in the house, where they served the dinner.

They talked and laughed, and many other things.

They were all enjoying their time.

Now, they were eating the dessert made by chef Wooyoung.

Seonghwa excused himself and went to the bathroom, leaving behind him a group of friends silenced.

-I'm going to check on him. Said Hongjoong.
-Ok. Said Wooyoung.

Hongjoong went upstairs.. He entered the bathroom. And there was Seonghwa throwing up what he ate.

Hongjoong went beside him and patted his back whispering sweet words to him.

-It's alright, Seonghwa.. Everything it's ok.

After he finished he washed himself.. And went to their bedroom.
-Is everything ok?
-My.. My stomach hurts. Really bad. I will take a pill.
-Ok.

Hongjoong waited for Seonghwa to take the pill, then they went downstairs.

-I'm sorry, it took so long.

After, some time Seonghwa's condition worsened. His stomach was hurting like shit... And suddenly he realased his pheromones.

Everyone stopped and smelled in the strong scent of roses. Hongjoong turned himself where Seonghwa was seated in the living room.

-I'm gonna check on him. Said Hongjoong.
-Yes.. Go. Now. Said Ryujin.

-Seonghwa.... Is everything ok? Are you feeling, alright?
-Y-yes... I'm... Alright.
-Stop lying. Please tell me what's wrong?
-I-It.... H-hurts.

Then he again realased his pheromones. The more Hongjoong approached the more he felt like getting drunk. Seonghwa's pheromones were smelling so strong... Everything felt like spinning. He couldn't tell if he was still breathing

Seonghwa started to cry silently breaking Hongjoong heart.

He picked the omega up and went upstairs with him.

He put Seonghwa on the bed and covered him with the blankets.

-Try, to sleep. Maybe it will help you.

-No problem. He turned to leave but he heard Seonghwa whimper.
-C-Can you..... Stay? ..... Please. But just if you want I'm not forcing you to-

Hongjoong stayed with him, until Seonghwa fell asleep. He slowly kissed his forehead, and left.

When he came downstairs all eyes were on him.
-How is he?
-His stomach, hurts like hell. But now he is asleep. I thought maybe it will help him, a little.
-Hopefully, tomorrow will be better. If you want you guys can stay, for the night. It's pretty late.
-Thank you but me and Yeosang, will go. Good night.
-Good night.
-Me and Yunho, too.
-I will go too.. It was lovely to see you again, Joong.
-Good night, Ryujin.
After, some time they all left. Hongjoong, washed the baby and himself.. And both went to bed.

In the middle of the night, Seonghwa woke up, with the same feeling of throwing up. He slowly made his way to the bathroom not wanting to wake up Hongjoong and the baby. He closed the door and threw up.

Some minutes passed and Seonghwa saw Hongjoong in the middle of the door frame with his arms crossed.

- I'm sorry I woke you up.

Seonghwa went to Hongjoong and hugged him tight Hongjoong huggging him tighter.

They went to bed but none of them fell asleep back. They just stayed in each other's embrace and talked about all and nothing.

Without them noticing the morning came and the chaos too.

The little one started crying because of her growing fangs... Their friends suggested a hang out at Woosan's house, and later they stressed over what to wear.

Of course they were late but no one complained about it... They knew it was hard to do so many things and take care of a baby in the same time.

-Hi y'all.. Sorry we are late..

-Yep. This is Byeol.. My family's cat. They gave it to me cuz they are going in a short vacation.. So they leave it here.

Soon they had lunch together, and didn't forget to feed Byeol too.

-Go on the first room to the right upstairs. Said San.
-I'm going to take some medicine for him.
Yelled Wooyoung from the kitchen.

Hongjoong took Seonghwa bridal style and went upstairs using his vampire speed.

He slowly put Seonghwa on the bed and covered him with the blanket. He took a wet towel from the bathroom and put it on his lovers forehead. Seonghwa wimperrd at the coldness.
-Cold... He murmured.
-I'm sorry love but you have to let it there till your fever is gone.
Seonghwa curled in a ball under the blanket.
-Stay, please...
Hongjoong buried himself under the covers behind Seonghwa and hugged his waist snuggling up in the omega's nape. He slowly kissed his neck where his mating mark was and whispered.
-Sleep well.
