Sunoo was gazing out the car window while his sister, Sooyun, drove them to their destination, the daycare. As evening approached and the day transitioned to night, the only sound in the car was the radio playing.
When Sooyun picked him up from the mall, Sunoo simply smiled and remained silent. Initially, she believed he was tired and not in the mood, but her sisterly intuition told her that Sunoo might not be feeling well.
Nevertheless, she chose to remain silent and watch him closely. Without warning, a raindrop hit the car window, signaling the onset of rain. Sunoo remained lost in thought, while Sooyun observed him. The man simply gazed at the buildings as they passed by, watching as the rain droplets created a pattern on the car window.
Finally, after some time, the siblings reached the daycare. This caused Sunoo to snap out of his daydream and take a deep breath, observing Sooyun as she unbuckled her seatbelt to pick up Ri Hoon.
He narrowed his eyes and placed his hand on Sooyun's hand to prevent her from unbuckling it. Her eyes widened slightly in surprise and confusion as Sunoo shook his head. "It's all right. I'll pick her up," he said before grabbing an umbrella from the backseat and opening the car door.
Sooyun observed her younger sibling jogging towards the daycare center, causing her to relax her hold on the seatbelt and release a sigh.
