Chapter 8: Love Blooms

The morning sun painted the sky with hues of soft pinks and oranges as Zee stirred from his thoughts. Determined to express his feelings to Nunew, he watched as the world outside their window embraced a new day.

After a while, Nunew began to rouse from his sleep. As he opened his eyes to the morning light, Zee couldn't help but feel a rush of affection. He decided that today would be the day to share his intentions with Nunew.

Zee: (smiling) Good morning, Nunew.

Nunew, still half-asleep, returned the smile.

Nunew: Morning, Zee. Did you sleep well?

Zee: (nodding) Yeah, I did. Actually, there's something I'd like to talk to you about.

Nunew, now fully awake, looked at Zee with curiosity.

Nunew: What is it?

Zee took a deep breath, the words tinged with a mix of nervousness and excitement. Then he sit on the bed beside Nunew and hold his hands.

Zee: Nunew, I've been thinking. We've shared some incredible moments together, and I've come to realize how much you mean to me. I want to ask you, would you officially be my partner?

Nunew's eyes widened, a mix of surprise and joy.

Nunew: (smiling shyly) Zee, I... I would love that.

Zee's heart swelled with happiness as they sealed the moment with a sweet kiss.

As Zee asked Nunew to be officially his early in the morning, sealing the question with a sweet kiss, Nunew's cheeks flushed with a sudden wave of embarrassment. Caught off guard by the unexpected yet delightful proposal, Nunew buried his face in the pillow, his shy demeanor creating an adorable scene.

Zee, amused by Nunew's reaction, chuckled at the cute sight before him. The room filled with a light-hearted atmosphere as Zee affectionately teased Nunew.

Zee: (teasingly) You're cute when you blushed.

Nunew, still hiding his face, couldn't help but giggle at the playful banter. 

Zee, still smiling at Nunew's adorable shyness, playfully nudged him.

Zee: (grinning) Come on, babe. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. It's a beautiful morning, and I couldn't think of a better way to start the day.

Nunew, peeking out from behind the pillow, finally revealed his blushing face. He chuckled softly, the embarrassment giving way to a warm glow.

Nunew: (smiling) You really know how to surprise me, Zee.

Zee: (playfully) Well, get used to it. There's more where that came from.

Nunew, still blushing but now with a playful glint in his eyes, couldn't help but match Zee's banter.

Nunew: (smirking) Oh, is that a promise, Zee?

Zee's eyes sparkled with mischief as he leaned in, whispering teasingly.

Zee: (whispering) Consider it the first of many surprises, my love.

Nunew's cheeks turned an even deeper shade of red, but this time, it was accompanied by a warmth that reflected the burgeoning affection between them.

Zee, still basking in the playful exchange, suggested getting up for breakfast.

Zee: How about we start the day with a nice breakfast? What do you think?

Nunew, stretching as he got up, hesitated for a moment.

Nunew: As much as I'd love to stay, I should probably head home. I didn't plan on spending the night, and I don't have any clothes here.
