The Strongest Man

In the city of Tokyo, the sun shined brightly upon it as if nothing could stop the sunlight. The citizens on the streets were going about their day as it was day like any other. Until an explosion in the city puffing up a massive black cloud into the sky catches the attention of the citizens nearby and the attention of any news van. In buildings the black mushroom cloud was anywhere but their imagination. It was real and they were seeing it. The after shock of it hits quite a few buildings breaking many windows catching the office workers or other citizens by shock. In the middle of the black smoke on the ground was purple entirely with two antennas and a muscular structure. This was Vaccine Man. He stops looking from one direction and looks to another before he jumps into the sky as if he wasn't on the ground. Powering himself up, Vaccine Man forms multiple energy balls around him before moving his hands forward which the balls go in the direction of the city. The explosions destroyed office buildings and Apartment buildings while the citizens on the streets ran. In the Hero association building in a control room, they were looking over their respective consoles was members of the association.

Member 1: It's closing in!

Member 2: Who's available?!

Member: We have word that Lighting Max and Smile Man are on their way.

Member 3: Get me that Threat level assessment!

From them back with Vaccine Man two heroes recognized as Lighting Max and Smile Man were on the ground hurt and unconscious. Vaccine Man in the background walks forward before throwing multiple balls of energy at more buildings while explosions go off because of them.

Reporter: As you can see, loud explosions are going off behind me!

A Reporter is seen recording himself right in front of the buildings that were getting torn apart.

Reporter: The damage left by the monster is at an unprecedented State. The Heroes Association is currently analyzing the threat level-

The Reporter is cut off by one of the buildings toppling right over them causing the recording to stop and get interrupted. In an apartment a bald man was watching the news, but it was cut off because of what happened.

???: (Sighs) Guess I'll go.

The Bald man moves his head slightly down with the tv's static being the only thing illuminating him. Everything goes back when he turns the tv off before the light of a door that was open was becoming evident. In the silent darkness footsteps could be heard before the figure was shown to be the bald man wearing a white cape going all the way down below his knees. Then out in the open he moves his cape up using his right hand while his suit was shown to be consisting of a Yellow one-piece jumpsuit with a short zipper at the collar and a black belt with a round Golden buckle at its center, red gloves that got ¾ up his forearms and red boots that nearly reach his knees. White cape that is fastened to his shoulders with big round buttons. The bald man is engulfed with light before turning into the sun that is as bright as anything on earth. Before smoke covered the sky and any sign of the sun while the city was in ruins.

Little Girl: Daddy! Mommy!

A little girl who was alone in the rubble known as the city cries out for her parents and sobs. Without noticing him Vaccine Man starts walking up to the little girl while black smoke surrounded almost the entire area. While sobbing the little girl coughs a bit as she accidentally inhales the smoke a little while Vaccine Man stops right behind. His purple muscular body was quite obvious in the open with nothing covering it before he moved his right arm up. Then his muscles start moving on their own and his arm grows while his right hand enlarges to a massive degree and closes on the little girl. But in the blink of an eye the little girl was gone, and Vaccine Man opened his fist seeing no blood or even the little girl. With his confusion the little girl is seen on the ground on her butt while the bald man from before held her with his cape slowly moving in the wind. Vaccine Man notices them and responds while he retracts his right arm.
