"Killua!" Gon's voice was heard, making Killua turn around to see the green haired boy along with the (H/C) girl.

"What's wrong?" Killua asked, "Oh, we just wanted to hang out or something!" Gon quickly responded.
"Really, that's all? Fine, there's nothing else to do anyways."

"So what are you two planning to do?" Killua continued. "Well since it's sunny outside, we tought of just hanging out by the lake over there!" (Y/N) eagerly informed the white haired boy.

"Okay, sure i guess." He blushed as he looked at the smiling girl, but he quickly hid the pink tint in his cheeks.

"I gotta go to the bathroom QUICK." Gon said in a very panicked tone as he quickly ran into the house, not giving any of his two other friends to react.

"And like that, he's gone." (Y/N) said in an amused tone as she watched Gon run. Killua almost chuckled at what she just said. "He's... A lot." The boy mentioned, "But that's what's special about him." He continued.

"Oh... So... It's like that?" (Y/N) asked while feeling a bit heartbroken. She's liked Killua for a long time now, and she's been giving hints that Killua seemed to just ignore.

He panicked at the sudden question, "What? N-No way. No, we're just friends, nothing like that!" He quickly made sure that his crush knew that information.

(Y/N) felt relieved and she almost sighed out loud. "Oh! Yeah, right, sorry. My bad." She continued as she stared into Killua's dark blue eyes.

"I love you so much, i'd never ever love anyone the amount i do you. You're so perfect in every way, your eyes are beautiful, your personality makes me happy and you... You're just so special to me." Is what Killua would've said If he wasn't so scared to express his feelings.

(Y/N) sighed in boredom. It felt pretty awkward now, and it shouldn't have. They've been alone togheter a lot, and they've known each other for some time now. So then why did it feel so silent and awkward?

Just then, their only hope arrived, Gon. His loud voice releasing the weird tension feeling and his happiness letting go of the awkward mood.

"I'm back! I'm back now!" He yelled out as he sat between the two again, watching as the sun slowly set.

(Y/N) has left for bed quicker, now in Gon's room. Killua and Gon on the other hand, have started eating dinner. They were stuffing their mouths full, and Aunt Mito wasn't around.

"Killua, i've got a question." "What?" They both looked at eachother for a second, before Gon asked "When are you gonna confess to (Y/N)-" "Shut up idiot! Don't talk so loudly! And i'm never gonna do it..." Killua responded in embarassment, his cheeks flushed.

"But you have to! Some day..." The green haired boy continued. "I won't, stop with all of this, idiot!" Killua responded as he began stuffing his mouth full of food again as Gon started laughing quietly.

"But it's just a simple 'i love you'!" Gon told him, a bit louder than intended, making Killua flush in embarassment. "Quiet you idiot!" The white haired boy quickly said as he felt like he should cover his face to hide the blushing mess he was.

But it was true. It was just a simple 'I love you'. Tough Killua would never admit it. Maybe he should confess, just maybe...

"Killua, where are we going and why isn't Gon with us?" (Y/N) asked in curiosity as she looked at Killua who was dragging her by the hand.

"Somewhere, idiot." He responded bluntly, as they finally arrived. It was the same place that they were in yesterday.

"What's wrong?" The girl asked, looking into they boy's eyes. Her (E/C) orbs shining brightly as the sun hit her face.

That made it even harder for him to confess! "Get it togheter Killua... It's just a simple 'I love you'!" He thought to himself.

"I... I have something important to tell you. It's something that i want- no, i need to tell you. I have to get this off my chest." The white haired boy informed the girl as he was PRAYING that she wouldn't notice the way he was blushing.

Oh how (Y/N) wished that the "important thing" was him confessing his love to her... But she thought that would be impossible. He'd NEVER like her.

"It's just a simple 'I love you'..." Killua kept repeating in his head over and over again.

"(Y/N), I love you." He said in a gentle voice. Not really a whisper, but almost.

(Y/N) couldn't believe her ears, he really liked her?! This was pure happiness! She feels so... Actually, she can't describe her emotions. She felt her heart beating faster and faster and-...

"I love you too!" (Y/N) quickly yelled, hugging Killua tightly, making him blush hard. His heart was beating so fast that he thought it would pop right out of his chest. He was a blushing mess, but he quickly hugged the girl back.

Killua felt relieved, he didn't expect this. He only confessed just so that he could get the weight off his chest. But she really liked him back? That's even better!

"I've been dying to tell you this, idiot..." He whispers, feeling his lips curl up into a smile.

"Me too, Killua..." (Y/N) responded with an even bigger smile than Killua's. She finally got the news she was wanting to hear the most!

Gon was right. It really was just a simple 'I love you'.
