Rosa Maria pov 

I walked up to the front door with Lake and rang the doorbell. Ally had invited all the participants of the all-stars season to her house for a party and Lake had taken me as her plus-one. Me and Lake were walking around the house saying hi and talking to people. It was really nice seeing all our friends from season 2 and meeting the season 1 cast.

Alec pov

I don't know why I'm going to this party. The only real reason I can think of is that I've nothing better going on. I walked into the house and saw everyone in the living room already playing a game of truth or dare. I was able to just hang out in the back of the room. Everyone was laughing and having fun, but I was just kind of zoned out. Until I started to get a bunch of notifications from various social media apps. I opened the notifications and saw a photo of me passed out at a bar. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do. I saw that everyone was distracted by the game and thought they probably wouldn't notice if I left. I just needed to be alone for a second, so I went to the kitchen.

Rosa Maria pov

I was playing truth or dare with everyone until I saw Alec get up and go to the kitchen. He looked a little off and I don't like seeing people go through hard times, so I went to check on him. I walked into the kitchen and saw Alec sitting on the floor scrolling on his phone. I went to sit next to him. "Are you okay?" I asked with concern. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said in a monotone voice. I sighed and said, "Are you sure, you can talk to me if you want". He looked hesitant but then said, "It's just I haven't been going through the easiest time recently and some just posted an unflattering photo of me online". I remember watching season one and seeing Alec's divorce. After connecting the dots, I figured out what might be going on. "I think I understand, just remember that things always get better, and this won't last forever. A lot of the time stuff like this can be opportunities to grow. No matter what happens I believe that you can get through it." Alec looked at me and started to smile a little. "Thank you, this really helped." Alec said while smiling. "No problem," I replied. Alec looked like he was hesitating for a second before saying "Can I hug you?" "Sure," I replied. Alec hugged me while we were sitting on the kitchen floor. It felt nice to make someone feel better again.
