Headline: New Babylon Police Station Burns

A night of violence erupted on the street of New Babylon as angry Dead took to the streets in protest of the attack of their homes.

The alt-Living terrorist group known as Living First recently attacked the Dead Zone, murdering several Dead people. Their actions were captured on camera and posted on their page, which has been circling the internet and caused mass outrage across the world.

Last night, the survivors of the attacks marched on New Babylon Police Station and a mass riot took place, which resulted in the police station being burned to the ground. The Dead had apparently been smuggled into the city to escape the attacks. Naturally angry, they moved straight to the police station, furious at their lack of action. As yes, the casualty numbers not yet known – but it is estimated that many were injured in the attacks.

Across the world, many other Dead activists have risen and attacked police stations. The Protector can report that several other riots have happened in Europe and parts of Asia, where police stations were also burned and police officers attacked.

Anneka Sharkskin – who announced her candidacy for President at the next election – says that she is happy that people are 'Finally starting to fight back against oppression. For too long, the Livecells have stepped on the Dead – this latest attack shows how far they will go to preserve their Live-irarchal society. The fact that people are fighting back shows how we will not stand for this any longer – it's time the police got what they deserved!'

This comes in light of the police stating that new evidence has arisen of a possible conspiracy...

"Hang on," I said, looking over Sarah's shoulder, "are you going to put in that bit about the 'evidence' the police found?"

"Yeah," Sarah replied, "but I can take it out if you want?"

"Would you?" I asked her.

"No worries, Catherine."

Sarah deleted the last few bits and then carried on with the article. What a good worker she was.

Control the narrative, control the people. Those words always resonated with me. Just like it had resonated with my great, great, great grandfather during the 1930's

"There," Sarah replied, tying her last word. "This looks good to you?"

I gave it a quick skim. "Looks good to me," I replied, "but what do you think – Ms President?"

Anneka moved her glasses as she read the article. She smiled. "You're too sweet, Catherine," she giggled. "But I'm not President – yet."

"You will be," I said assuredly. "All the stuff we have on Clunden, it won't be long until that Nazi is out on her ass!"

"I can't thank you enough for your help," Anneka said. "It's a shame that Cuckermouth had to take a hit for me – but he knew what he was getting himself into."

"Sorry," Sarah said lightly. "Hate to interrupt, but is that an ok to post this article?"

"Sure, post it."

Sarah nodded, moving her mouse cursor over the post button, about to press on the left mouse button.

"Shall we open the bubbly now or later?" I asked Anneka.

"Why wait?" Anneka laughed. "I haven't had a good drink in forever."

"Um... Catherine?"

Sarah's mousey, panicked tones made me turn round. Her screen was full of static, blurring and fuzzing.
