Chapter 9

I start with Dal'zan's blood first since i would meed to destroy it after i check it under the microscope first before performing the many tests.

I wiped it all up with a piece of tissue before burning it in a bin.

I do the name with Creepers blood before looking at Penny's.

I would have to do it all upside down.

I release the blood, catching it in the petri dish before looking through the microscope, there had been no history of bloods done on him so i had no comparison.

I complete the other tests before releasing the blood out the window.

That would have to do for disposing oh his blood.

It was all irregular but from the records i had received digitally about my 3 new patients, Pennywise ate people, mostly kids.

For everyone else's tests, it went smoothly though.

I would have to wait for the results to be completed by the whirring machines, but the microscopic results seemed normal.

I sigh as I make my way to the security room before knocking, Dwayne opens the door and i spot 3 others in the room "your trainees?" I ask and he nods.

"Yeah, this is David" platinum blonde with blue eyes "Marko" another blonde with green eyes "and Paul" a wild haired dirty blonde with blue eyed.

"Hey everyone" i greet them and I notice their eyes light up.

"Hi" Marko.

"Hey" Paul.

"You are the Nurse we will be guarding?" David asks.

"No, you will be protecting all my patients when I manage to get them to be allowed to eat in the cafeteria" I correct him.

His eyes widen at me.

"I see, you wish to give them more freedom" he nods, exchanging looks with the others.

"Dwayne, hon?" He hums "i need to make a call, if you need me you'll have to page me" he looks down at me and smiles.

"You calling your boyfiend?" He laughs as i raise my eyebrow at him.

"I am quite happily single, thank you. I'm calling my stepsister if you must know. And boys try not to ransack the beers, i doubt the others will appreciate it" i wave at him as I walk towards the back door, the signal was awful in here.

I push open the fire escape door and click on her contact before leaning against the cool wall.

It was a nice day, sunny with few clouds and a dry heat, i undo two of my shirt buttons to try to cool down.

After two rings i hear her pick up "hello?"

"Hey Lilly, its me. I need to tell you i am staying on Saturday to sort out something, i'll have to see you Sunday" i explain tapping my chipped acryllics against the wall "let's get our nails done then too?"

"Alright Honey, and yeah, mine are chipped to hell. I need them shorter too before i get screamed at" i chuckle at that.

"I'm surprised you haven't already" i smile as i hear her huff.

"Yeah, yeah, they're neutral so they can't tell unless they grow!" I bite my lip as she gets worked up, holding back my laugh.

"Rules are rules Lil, See you Sunday, love you Lilly" i roll my eyes as she chuckles.

"I know 'cause i'm so lovable, love you too Honey! Bye!" I hang up before she tries starting up another topic.

I lay my head back against the wall, i was tired and too warm.
