Chapter 12- "The dance"

I walked down to the dance hall. I was ready! I saw my friends there waiting for me. I hurried over to them, we were super hexsited! After a few contestants shared their routine, it was our go. When we reached the stage, Apple said, " hey, um, Jennifer, you do realise that you are excluded from our dance group?" She had a great,big smirk on her face. If i didnt know her, i could swear she was the Cheshire Cat!

My eyes widened with great shock! I couldn't believe that my friends would have ditched me like that! I thought they were real, the true kind! =(

Next it was my go.

Gulp

I walked slowly to the stage. I saw the judges (professor Rumpelstiltskin, Baba Yaga and Headmaster Grimm) sitting in front with a red button, like on the hex-factor.

"Jennifer Waves..."Sighed Headmaser Grimm," ok,well, lets see what you got."

I heard a chorus of boos coming from the large crowd. Even my friends were giving me the thumbs-down.
A tear dropped down my face, and silently down to the hard ground. I ran of the stage. I didn't know where i was going, but it would have to be far away, far away from here. My face soaked with tears.

I woke up with a jolt of shock.

It was just a dream!
