"Agatha." I whispered, aiming my ball of energy straight at her. Peter was never in trouble. She was manipulating me into thinking he needed help. Cruel
"Ah, my dear, I sense your sorrow." She closes her hands together in a motherly way. "The pain you feel from that recent breakup is palpable. But what if I told you that I can offer you more than just temporary solace? Power beyond your wildest dreams?" She smirks
"What are you talking about." I said, more demanding than a question
"I've been watching you, dear child, and couldn't help but notice you've gotten stronger. It pains me to see such raw magic untapped and wasted." She puts her hand over her chest, pretending to care
"What do you want, Witch." I didn't take my eyes off her. Watching in case she makes a move. "I want to guide you, shape you into the formidable being you were destined to become." She takes a step forward but I fire a shot at her feet and she stops. She glances at the burn mark my energy left on the ground. She looks up at me
"With the right training and knowledge, you can surpass any limitations, heal your broken heart, and seek revenge on those who have wronged you." She persuades. "Revenge? I don't want revenge. And I don't want to join you." This time I summoned two eldritch magic shed in front of my fists, staying on guard. She glances at the shields in amusement
She chuckles "But dear child, revenge is a form of catharsis. Imagine the power you would feel, the control over your own destiny. No more heartache, just the satisfaction of obtaining." She summoned her dark magic and it surrounds her body. I could sense the pure evil coming out the magic, it was ugly
"Not even rule over all the multiverses could convince me to join you." I hissed. She was beginning to show signs of frustration but hid it with a smile
"Darkness, my dear, is merely a different path, not necessarily an evil one. It is where true power lies. Think of it as a necessary step on your journey to self-discovery." She waved her hand in the form of a rainbow. I scoffed "Self-discovery my ass. I already know who I am." I got into a fighting stance. I was tired of her talking. She's here for my powers i'm sure of it
"Have you learned nothing? Love can be a dangerous thing, causing immense pain and leaving you vulnerable. Embracing darkness would shield you from such vulnerability and grant you the strength you so obviously lack." Her voice was beginning to sound sinister and impatient. She made a fist into the air and clapped it against her hand, dark magic enveloped around her hands. She grabbed a fly. She began speaking latin as she opened her closed fist and pinched the fly in her palm. I watched in confusion. She lifted her finger as a string of purple magic followed behind. She waved her hand around and a bird suddenly appeared in her hand and it flew away. What was that for?
"I see you picked up on sorcery. Do you understand how rare it is to possess two forms of magic? You could RULE the multiverse. Along side The Scarlet Witch." She states. A determined exhale escaped my lips. "The prophecy is coming true: "Mastery over both witchcraft and sorcery.'" She recites from the darkhold
"I'm not what you say I am!" I exclaim. "Oh but you are, child. You are destined for greatness. Destined for superiority... Consider my proposal. I'll be back for an answer very soon." She raises her hands, dark magic seeping from her hands. I threw my shield at her like Captain America and she disappeared in a purple smoke
I looked around, still on guard. I waited for something to happen. But nothing did. I immediately created a portal into my room and quickly closed it as I entered. "What the hell was that about? Did she really want to recruit me?" I said to myself, scratching my neck in confusion
