I was always a bit of a loner. Nobody spoke to me, and I spoke to nobody. I only have one friend, and the only thing we bonded on at first was that we both wanted to be bounty hunters. I feel as if that's a lifelong goal. Bounty hunters can be terrifying, especially ones with a relic. Luckily for me, I do have a relic. There are less than a thousand relics, so I'm bound to be at the least, a semi-good bounty hunter. Maddy has a Relic too, although she has never shown me nor do I know what it is.

          One thing about me is that I hate school. The countless hours, the people who have no manners whatsoever, the never-ending lectures, and so on. The only thing I like about school is Nicole. Just seeing her makes my day so much better. She wants to be a bounty hunter too, but I'm terrified to talk to her. She's a little bit intimidating in my opinion. I just wish Maddy had gone to my school.

          Today just might be the best day of my entire life. I get to go to a training for apprentice bounty hunters. Wait, it gets better, I get to go with Maddy! We'll be put in teams of four, so I'm a little bit worried about meeting two new people, and there is a pretty high chance I won't get paired up with Maddy. So that's three new people, which is honestly horrifying in my eyes.

           Well, I don't have anything to worry about for now because it is two am and I haven't slept. Not to mention there's bounty training today at nine o'clock sharp. I rarely get my eight hours so I live off of coffee. I stay up reading, on my phone, and so on. Sleeping is a horrible experience for me. I almost always have nightma- *sleeping noises idk*

A/N (sorry if formatted wrong) This is my first fic and I don't think i made any writing mistakes (except for inside the author's note) 300+ words isn;'t bad for an intro i dont think. Anyways it's 3AM for me and I am gonna go to sleep now!! The next chapter will be Nicole's POV and prob tomorrow :P
