I pack my stuff. I place my guitar into my magic bag. I take my iPod and stuff it in. I grab the necklace and put it on. I have to leave. I'm a danger. I'm a liability. I can't risk hurting Vaggie and Charlie. Charlie especially.
"Hey Varian, you are coming down for breakfast?" Vaggie enters my room.
"No. I'm leaving." I say.
"What? Why?" Vaggie asks.
I look at her and raise an eye brown.
"Oh fuck. You heard us." Vaggie says.
I nod.
"Varian. I'm so sorry." Vaggie says.
"It's fine. I deserved it." I say.
"No, you didn't. I was just fucking scared you might hurt Charlie." Vaggie says.
"I could and you. I'm an angel after all." I say.
Vaggie grabs my hand.
"You're half demon too." She says.
"I know." I sigh.
"Hey, you want to talk about it?" Vaggie asks.
"Would you listen?" I ask.
Vaggie nods. I sit down. She sits down beside me. I suck in a breath. I guess I could talk to her. I need someone to talk to.
"I listen to Charlie all the time. So, I'm experienced." Vaggie says.
