The day of the Ball

"Hmph, do I look good Seungmin?"

"Oh! you look like a prince as always" Seungmin complimented out of the blue

"Huh? Weird that you actually compliment huh" Hyunjin side eyed the boy who was in his phone chatting with someone

"Who is it?" Hyunjin went near Seungmin

"Oh, Chan, he's explaining the hall to me so we could escape if we get into trouble"

"Of course, he's worried all the time" Hyunjin perfumed himself and then looked at Seungmin and perfumed him as well, who had done nothing except a bit of makeup which was almost down mostly by Hyunjin himself and his hair which looked naturally good..

"Okay then Mr. Hyunjin, if you're done, let's go now" Seungmin stood up looking for the eye mask they were supposed to wear

"Pretty cute, i love it..Unfair how those both would go every time, this is fun as heck!" Hyunjin laughed as he walked into the garage and then in his car

As soon as they both entered the hall they realised how prestigious this really was, everyone was absolutely dressed and no one showed their faces. It was classy but mysterious, just the cup of tea for seungmin.

"so I'm just supposed to put the thing in the drink right?" Seungmin turns to Hyunjin

"yeah, don't mess up" Hyunjin replies

"how do I make sure he drinks the glass I put the drug in?"

"put them in all the glasses. and there's no way he won't pick up at least one of them." Hyunjin speaks confidently

after quite a while, seungmin finally sneaks into the empty kitchen, where soon the waiters would be coming.

but it didn't seem right, someone was watching over him and he could see it from the side of his eye. just when he was about to catch the culprit he heard footsteps of someone coming in. Seungmin was pulled down beside the counter, he tried to scream but deja vu started fleeing in when a hand covered his mouth again. this seems way to familiar. He looks forward to see a boy. His hair was pitch black and his eyes were piercing, his face could not be seen properly because of the massive mask he wore, it not only covered his eyes but also half his face..only his lips were visible.

"shh..you don't wanna be caught" the boy whispered softly on his ears

Seungmin gulped, 'is the same guy..?'

some glass clinks could be before soon the footsteps started fading away

Seungmin immediately pushed away the individual and stood up with his hand on his gun behind his hips, one move and the other would be dead.

"oh comeon, i saved you just now, trust me a bit more" the boy said getting up

"who are you and what is it that you want from me? it was you last time too isn't it?" Seungmin started backing up

"why are you moving away? i didn't hurt you did I?"

Seungmin breathed loudly, gulped as he backed away and then finally hitting a wall.

The boy pinned him to the wall again, but he kept his distance this time

"what do you think the others might think when they see us like this hm?" the boy slid his hand down from seungmin's chest to his right hand which was holding on to the gun

"i see, a new gun huh? wasn't your previous one your favourite?" he asked

"you're the one who stole it..! give it back to me!" Seungmin raised his voice a bit

"hey, keep it down. and also...have you ever heard a thief give return it's things to his owner?"

"You!-"

"i heard voices, WHOS HERE?!"
a waiter barged in the room, seungmin quickly got away from him and hid behind a counter, he looked around to find the boy but he was nowhere to be there.
The waiter went back to the hall when he found no traces of anyone and Seungmin got up. He saw no one was there so he quickly did what he originally came there to do, he drugged all the drinks on the tray and hopped one of them would be picked by Yoo Ryung..
