Chapter 12: Explanations

Narrator's POV

"That explains alot, I understand why f/n hates you so much."Armin said after what he heard about the past that caused f/n so much pain. After all even though Armin has not completely understood, the feeling he gets when he sees f/n is not overprotection because he knew her since they were kids nor because f/n save him from the bullies, it was love. Armin has fallen deeply in love with f/n without realizing it. "You son of a b-"Jean shouted as he punches Eren in the face. Eren bleeds from his nose, and a cut opened on his cheek. However he doesn't feel anger towards Jean, afterall he understood that Jean was also in love with f/n, he looks at the ground he can feel tension.After a while he slowly looks up to see Mikasa, he was hoping for a sympathetic look but he get a look of disapproval and a disappointed from Mikasa. There is a long silence as everyone is thinking about what they were just told. "This isn't our greatest problem now...."Mikasa says breaking the silence "Then what is, Mikasa? We now know that Eren was watching as f/n was about to die!" Jean says aggressively "Uhm, I believe that f/n heard what we were saying and now she is mad at everyone and her birthday is coming up too" Mikasa says "Oh sugar cookies"Sasha finally broke from the shock she was in. "We have to go to her and explain everything"Connie suddenly said loudly making everyone jump. "It' late we shouldn't go to her house now, knowing her she is probably already sleeping." Armin said everyone nods in understanding "Ermm, How do you know that she would be sleeping at this time?" Eren asked kinda of curious, Armin was mad at Eren after what he heard what Eren did to f/n. "Unlike you, me and f/n have a great friendship, and I go to her house often." Armin said with pride making Eren annoyed. "Well not anymore since she is mad at all of us now" Jean said annoyed "What do you have to do with this horseface, it's none of your business. F/n is not your childhood friend" Eren said "Well before you came here she was my girlfriend"Jean said aggressively. "Eren, you better shut up if you don't want everyone to hate you" Mikasa said looking down, avoiding eye contact with Eren. It was a long silence, you could only hear Sasha crying, Ymir texting probably trying to get f/n to reply and Jean cursing under his breath. "Well I think I will be going." Said Connie in a very sad tone. Everyone nods and said the same thing. "We will talk to f/n in school tomorrow and take her somewhere out on friday" Krista said everyone nods again and heads to their house.

Your POV

'Ohh.... can't sleep. What time is it.... 1:28. Well I guess I won't get enough sleep today. Yeah I wouldn't be able to face them might as well skive school tomorrow. School is off on Friday too. Might watch something on netflix.' You walk down stairs to get your laptop and your phone. 46 messages, you don't even bother reading them. You look over and see a mess in the kitchen. It was yours and Armin's fault since you woke up late again. 'Armin.... No No No what are you even thinking?' You start feeling dizing and sobbing, you sat on the chair near the dining table. 'Gosh I'm blind, did they really hate me that much ?' You Kept on crying and slowly fell asleep on the chair in the kitchen.

Your POV

Thursday 17th September 5:23

"Good morning sleeping beauty" Said a male voice, you couldn't tell who it was. It reminded you of someone 'Jean?' You jump up to see your dad, "Daddy!" You quickly embrace him tightly, your mum watches from the door and smiles of happiness. You haven't seen your dad since he went on an expedition with your uncle Erwin and his friends. "Oh I missed you Cookie Princess" He said as he kissed your forehead. You loved your dad more than anyone, you always looked up on him, he was like a hero to you and he still is. You were a full on daddy girl, you always dreamt of your husband to be exactly like your dad. "I missed you too Daddy"You said as you laught at your dad calling you a Cookie Monster. You were talking with your dad for ages, you also told him about what happened yesterday and the fact that your uncle Erwin had to come and help you. You had many laughs and your mum joined in, even thought you didn't have much of family time together, you actually believed you had the best family in the world. "So when are you going back to work?"You asked killing the happiness. You didn't want to but you had to know. "In 3 days Cookie Princess"Your dad said with a weak smile, you nodded "Oh and by the way, I ain't going to school today" You said making your mum and dad laugh a bit. "Always the same huh ?" Your dad said with a smile. "Yeah because I was going to chang-"You stopped as you remembered the recording you made on your phone. 'So what should we do about her? She is different now.' Damn it you thought to yourself, your mum and your dad noticed the sudden change. You watched as your dad whispered something to your mum and your mum nodded with a faint smile. "Hey Cookie Princess, get dressed we are going somewhere" Your dad said with a smile.
