A/N: update about the setting.

I was just informed that Busan is a metropolitan city, it is composed of 16 districts. Let's just say that the town 'Cheon Seong' is one of them and the farthest from the center, near the border of Ulsan, and untouched by big companies. I didn't know Busan was that HUGE. Lmao.

Additionally, imagine that Sandcastle and Chosue Yatch are located in Haeundae Beach, the most popular beach in Busan. Because that's the most eye-catching place for tourists I found so far.

The first rain of Spring poured down on the farthest district of Busan. People of Cheon Seong usually stay inside their houses as they let the clouds cry throughout the night. And Jungkook is one of them who listens to the sound of the rain from his roof.

The night goes deep as the light has still off since he arrived at his house, cold creeps into his room, and the only thing he can hear is his breathing. Leaving nothing but the lights from the lamppost outside. Not minding how dark it was on the inside, he stayed in bed staring at the reflection of his white ceiling.

His mind is going crazy with the conversation he has with Min Hee while his phone keeps buzzing nonstop after he turns off its sounds.

"Let's break up,"

Jungkook looks at her with serious glares, he can see from her eyes that she is shocked, it's his very first time to say those words. He usually mediates the problem instead of turning away, but today, he had enough of any of her bullshit.

"This relationship is not working, we kept on breaking up for whatever you don't seem to like," "And everything I want doesn't seem to matter in this stupid relationship because you don't like it," "You don't like my attitude, nor my tattoos, nor my decisions in life, you don't even watch my games got damn it!"

"You don't seem to care about my emotion and mentality, so let's just break up," Jungkook nodded his head, determined, "This time for real,"

Jungkook looks at her intensely, eyes not breaking. No tears no emotions. He just got enough of her treating him like her minion. Pushing him further to his core. He had enough of her. But the next thing she said just blows his mind, angering him more because of her selfishness.

"You just need space Jungkook,"

"You're overthinking things,"  Min-Hee smiled at him as if she hadn't done anything wrong. Like she didn't push him through his limits.

"H-Huh?" Jungkook chuckled sarcastically, "You think this is a joke?" "Like you think pushing off my limit is not disrespectful like siding my mother's schemes is a breach of my boundaries?! Like my father's death is nothing to you?!"

"Because she's your mother! How do you expect me to think of the dead when your mother asks me here and here, and your mother's family supported my studies?!" Min Hee yelled.

"And so?!" Jungkook yelled back, "Does that change the fact that she tormented me and my dad?! The only person who acts like my family, the person I look up to! The person who supports me in all my decisions in life! Is he irrelevant to you?!"

"Jungkook—

"Jungkook that, Jungkook this!" "You're always like this! What is wrong with you?!" This relationship is not working anymore can't you understand?!" "You keep bringing my trauma back at me instead of helping me recover from it!" Jungkook had enough, he just couldn't do it anymore.

"You're just tired you need a rest! We can work with your trauma!" Min Hee argued, not wanting to break up with him, "There's no need for us to break up, you just need some rest,"
