Jack ran down a flight of stairs, and knocked the hat of a redcoat off, before he made it to the bottom. The guard called for backup, and ran down a hall, as more soldiers chased after him. Jack popped his head out from under a table, snagged the guard's sword and pistol, and (Y/n) descended from the chain attached to one of his blades, which was attached to the ceiling. Jack and (Y/n) ran up another flight of stairs, and opened a window Jack and (Y/n) peeped their heads out, and took a gaze for escape routes. There wasn't much options, except for some royal banners hanging across rooftops. Jack heard the guards coming, and (Y/n) propped a chair on the door to keep it shut. Jack and (Y/n) were hanging from the banner, crouched behind the side visible to the window they escaped from. Jack suddenly lost his footing, though his grip remained firm. A redcoat saw his feet dangling from the banner, and drew his sword, to try and cut the banner and cause Jack to fall. Jack looked at him and shook his head, in a plea for the guard to not chop the rope. But the redcoat cut the banner, and Jack and (Y/n) swung from the rope to a carriage. Jack landed in the coach with a woman, while (Y/n) threw his blades to the back of the coach to ski on the mud. (Y/n) saw some guards approaching on horseback, so, placing both chains in his hands, he drew a decapitated head with glowing eyes, and shook it up, causing a blindingly bright light to flash the guards and horses. Jack eventually clambered up to the roof of the coach, and stood atop it. More and more guards came running, so Jack hopped to another coach. (Y/n) pulled another blade out, and threw it to the back of the coach Jack was on, before freeing and throwing the other blade subsequently. Jack and (Y/n) saw more guards on the horizon, and both stood atop the coach, before leaping to a wagon carrying a coffin. The two then balanced on a nearby plank of wood being carried by two men, and leapt to a wagon of coals. The redcoats collided with one another in disarray, making (Y/n) smile. Jack took over the controls, while (Y/n) stood on the coals, as more guards came swarming to them. Jack threw off the driver, who rolled into the mud. The guards started firing their pistols at the cart, and broke a lantern, giving (Y/n) an idea. He took his blades, and clashed them together, the sparks igniting the coals. The guards were rearing their backside, when (Y/n) stomped the wagon, causing several flaming coals to fall and startle the horses, and creating a temporal wall of fire. The cart was smoking, and distracted the guards into following the cart. Jack hung on the sign of a beautiful young woman, above the words "Captain's Daughter". (Y/n) drove his blades into the wall of the pub the sign was connected to. The men leapt down, and smiled at the buffoonish guards running off.

"Filthy pirate and Spartan." Said a voice, no doubt a guard. The subsequent cocking of a pistol was heard. As Jack and (Y/n) braced for the bullet, a shot went off. Jack turned around, as did (Y/n) to see the guard on the ground. A man with a large hat, braided beard, and various jewelry stepped out, and smiled.

"Hello, Jackie." He said to Jack, and waved his index and middle finger to Jack. Jack returned the gesture and smiled as if he'd known the man for his whole life.

"Hello, Dad." He said, grinning.
