Once we got there, I made sure that the kitchen had everything in it and started grabbing all the ingredients.

"Ready, Chef?" Bam Bam came over to me.

I laughed. "Ready."

He asked about all my knives and I was showing them to him when the other couples started walking in.

Chris and Hwasa went to the very front table, right in front of me. He gave me a smug smile and I rolled my eyes.

He's such a pick me boy.

"Everyone grab an apron and then sit at your tables!" I yelled.

Bam Bam was up front with me and I'd help him cook.

All the couples grabbed aprons and sat down.

I grabbed my favorite knife and smiled.

"Welcome to Chef Lee's kitchen. Today we're going to be learning how to make pizza! And it's a competition, so beware. You'll be judged on presentation and taste."

Everyone cheered and then I started teaching them how to roll the dough.

Once my dough was all circled on the pan, I walked around and helped everyone else. Yeji and Yeonjun had come for this one, as expected, and they needed some help. So I got it started for them and they figured it out.

Most of the other couples were doing pretty good, though.

After all the dough was ready, I showed them how to properly spread the sauce with the spoon and walked around again.

This time, Chaeryeong needed some help, so I helped her. But Jake was happy to give her a hands-on lesson. Gross.

We finished with the sauce, and they were set free to put whatever toppings they wanted to make it look pretty.

Me and Bam Bam decided to put a smiley face of vegetables on ours, and it looked so cute. Ours was the first one to go in the oven and I walked around to see if anyone else was almost done.

Hwasa and Chris had finished, but everyone else was still topping.

Bam Bam went to talk to Hwasa about something and Chris came over to stand with me while I cleaned our station.

"What's up?" He asked.

I looked at him. "Are you okay?" I asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"I thought we weren't 'what's up' type of people."

He laughed. "Well I guess we are now."

I heard Bam Bam say the word "kiss," and looked up. He was really close to Hwasa and then he leaned it.

It happened in slow motion, but also quickly at the same time. As soon as their lips connected, a chime was heard in the air.

Everyone looked up and saw them kissing.

"Bam Bam you rascal!" Hwasa hit his arm when they pulled away.

He smiled and put his arm around her. "We're soulmates!" He yelled.

Cheers went around the room and everyone started congratulating them.

"Where are your tattoos?" Yeji asked.

Hwasa looked around her arms and then under her shirt where she smiled. It was on her left hip. Bam Bam's was on his foot. Don't ask how he immediately realized.

"It's so beautiful!" Eunchae gushed.

Hwasa smiled and looked at Bam Bam, making both of them blush.

The others went to keep working on their pizzas and I walked back over to my station.

Why didn't he tell me he was going to do that? Now I'm left with stupid Chris as my partner for the day. What the heck, Bam Bam. Like, I'm happy for him, but sad for me.

IU and Bo Gum came to the room once everyone was done and walked to the front.

"First off, congrats to our newest soulmate couple!" IU clapped for Bam Bam and Hwasa. They blushed and held hands.

"Wait, how did that work if we're not at the house?" Eunchae asked.

"One of them 100% knew that the other was their soulmate, so it didn't matter where they were. It happens like that sometimes."

"Oh." Eunchae looked at Niki for a second.

"Mae and Chris will be partners for the rest of the day. Now, let's get to judging! First we'll go around on presentation and then on taste! Once we've sampled your pizza, you're welcome to eat it."

They came to my table first and analyzed the pizza. Then they wrote something on their clip boards and walked to the next table. I sat on a chair and looked at the ceiling.

"Whatcha thinking about?" Chris poked my arm.

"None of your business." I started sharpening my knives and washing them.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"I'm fine, Chris."

He kept staring at me so I walked out of the room and into the hallway. I had to get outside somehow. I was starting to feel trapped.

My breathing was heavy, I was sweaty, couldn't see straight, and I was wobbling. Once I found a door that led outside, I opened it and sat on the grass, trying to get enough air.

"Mae? What's wrong?" Chris was at my side in an instant.

"You're what's wrong! You're always bothering me and in my space. Now I'm having a panic attack and I can't stop it." I cried out. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I tried to catch my breath.

"Just keep breathing. Follow me." He started breathing, but it wasn't working.

"It's not working!" I cried more and started hyper ventilating.

"Do you want me to help?"

"Yes please. Just help me stop this."

"Remember that you asked, okay?"

Then he grabbed my face and kissed me.
