You sighed. Keefe has asked you to come over and to your surprise- you were excited. Well, there's nothing wrong to be excited..right? It's not like you haven't been to Keefe's house before. Ugh whatever! Why am I overthinking it? At least I get to see Ro...

Walking into the entrance of Candleshade never failed to amaze me. The overwhelming amount of floors mesmerized me. Keefe was watching as I admired the fancy architecture.
"Yeah. My dad really loves to show off. Surprise, isn't it?" Keefe rolled his eyes and continued to walk to his room, expecting you to follow. Ro snorted as they walked.
"Lord Pretentious sure is annoying. When I first walked in here, he wouldn't stop talking," Ro snickered. I jumped, forgetting that Ro was even with them.
-
"Soo... whatcha wanna do now?" Keefe asked, his voice said, sounding bored.
"Ooh ooh! Let me guess, Keefe wants to do something super cheesy with y/n! Hmm.. let's see... he could confe-"
Ro was cut off by a sweating Keefe.
"How about we.. uh.. go.. shopping! Shopping in Atlantis!" Keefe sputtered out. I glanced at Ro and she slumped disappointedly.
"I mean that works too..!"
I just chuckle at the situation. We decided to go to Atlantis and go shopping. As Keefe dug out his pathfinder out of his maroon tunic, he took hold of Ro's large hand. When he found it, he put his hand out in my direction, waiting for me to grab it. When I didn't, he looked up and smirked, taking the opportunity to tease me.
"Come on, y/n! Don't tell me you're embarrassed! But if you are, I don't blame you. I mean, I could NEVER imagine having to hold hands with such a cute and popular guy, am I right?" Keefe gave a teasing smolder as I reluctantly took his hand.

As we went into the different stores, with Ro watching from behind, I patted my dress and noticed that I didn't bring my treasury cube. I groaned and Keefe and Ro Looked at me, raising an eyebrow, signaling to tell them what happened.
"I didn't bring my treasury cube. I guess I can't buy anything today. And plus, I barely have that many lusters."
(Treasury is basically a wallet and lusters is the currency in case u forgot😼)
Keefe chuckled. "The ever so forgetful y/n. It's not like we're surprised at this point."
I sighed. "So I'm basically just looking around, I'm not even gonna buy anything!"
As we looked around some more, I spotted a beautiful light pink hairpin with small white crystals forming an intricate design. I went over to it and it made me even more intruiged. I sighed, getting mad at myself for managing to forget my treasury cube again. Keefe walked over and looked at the jeweled hairpin, checking the price.
"What's this," Keefe asked curiously, "you seem to have your eye on it."
I jumped a bit, too focused on the hairpin to even realize that Keefe was next to me.
"Uh.. it's nothing! I'm just looking around.." I tried to be subtle but failed miserably. Keefe snickered.
"You know, you could've just asked me to get it for you." Keefe said. I looked down at my feet, hiding my face that was blushing profusely.
"O-oh! N-no it's fine! I wouldn't want you to spend.. 562 lusters on me!"
Keefe ignore my statement as he grabbed the hairpin and paid for it, acting nonchalant as he handed me the small bag which contained the hairpin. Ro nodded her head approvingly at the action.
"Smooth Lord hunkyhair, smooth."
Keefe ignored her and faced me again.
"Here ya go. Since I don't really want anything from here, we can leave. C'mon!"
I took his hand, a fuzzy feeling growing in my stomach as he held on to my hand, tighter than usual. Before we leaped, I could see Keefe staring at me with his ice blue eyes.
