"Under Arrest!"(HeiKazu)

"Kaedehara Kazuha!!Stop in the name of the Vision Hunt Decree!!You are under arrest!!"

Inazuma City was eerily calm under the iron fist of the Electro Archon.The Vision Hunt Decree was still going strong,everyone cowering in fear of what could happen if they didn't abide by the rules.

Well,not everyone.
While the Tri Commission tried it's best to enforce the Shogun's rules,some people wouldn't go quietly.Such as a wandering samurai named Kaedehara Kazuha.

After his dear friend's passing,Kazuha refused to give up his or his friend's vision as instructed by the Vision Hunt Decree. That made him a fugitive and a warrant for his arrest was sent out.

Kazuha usually stayed with the Liyue Crux Fleet to avoid any unnecessary attention but sometimes,the samurai had to return to Inazuman waters,for it was his birthplace.

He kept the lowest profile he could,whether it was walking the street or visiting his dear friend's grave,but unfortunately,someone always made sure to get into Kazuha's way.

Shikanoin Heizou.He had developed an interest in the samurai once he became a criminal.As a detective,it wasn't his job to arrest anyone,but he couldn't help but want to put Kazuha in handcuffs.This was the first time a criminal had captured his attention,he found him interesting.

Heizou kept an eye out specifically for Kazuha's actions.Everytime he saw the samurai,a chase would ensue.Heizou would yell something about the Vision Hunt Decree,then chase Kazuha wherever he fled with a huge,beaming smile on his face.This went on for weeks.

This day was no different.
Kazuha,even with a hood on,was recognized by the patrolling Heizou as he took a stroll in Inazuma City.Then,the chase ensued.

Kazuha was getting irritated by the everyday chaos Heizou brought him.Kazuha jumped fences and walls,only to be followed by Heizou.He hide behind crates and food stands,only to be found by Heizou.

It was like a game for the detective while a pest infestation for the samurai.Kazuha could never seem to lose the maroon haired detective.He just wanted a peaceful day.

As he ran,Kazuha then caught sight of a sharp corner he could run behind,located on the outskirts of the city.Heizou was still closing in,so he couldn't lose him that way.Then an idea popped into Kazuha's head.

Kazuha quickly turns the corner and ran behind the wall,Heizou of course followed but he didn't expect what happened next.From the detective's view,Kazuha had kept running once he turned the corner out of Heizou's sight.

When he went to turn the same corner,suddenly Kazuha jumped out and lunged at the detective who was not expecting such a twist.The two males fell to the ground with a thud,Kazuha laying ontop.

The detective quickly gathered his bearings only to find the criminal he was after pinning him to the ground,a tight grip around his wrists.

The two locked gazes for a couple seconds before Heizou quickly brought up the situation.

"Well,well,Kaedehara Kazuha.It looks like the tables have turned.I won't say I hate this~.."

Heizou chuckled.
He was the first to break eye contact,pulling his olive gaze from Kazuha's piercing red eyes.

The samurai was quite irritated at the point.For as calm as he was,he wasn't in the mood for Heizou's charisma or jokes.

"You know,I'm getting really annoyed,Shikanoin."

Kazuha sighed,his glare chilly.

"O-Oh really?Then why not give up?"

Heizou was quick to respond,though his mask of arrogance was slipping,and Kazuha noticed.
