He keeps trying to get a hold of me. Constantly asking whether I know anything.
But I've been distancing myself from Marcell so I wouldn't have to tell Felix anything but he keeps finding ways to attach himself to me.
Whether it's watching a movie, or him baking something, he wants to attach himself to me. And today he asked me on a date.
A proper date.
His exact words being.
I would really love it if I can take you out on a date.
And I was so overwhelmed and started sputtering out some weird shot but he took it as a yes. And now Maurie is in my room helping me get ready.
Albert had told her what happened with my father. She mentioned it, asked if I was okay and then let the subject go.
She was currently brushing my hair was I sat in front of the vanity.
I look terrible today. I feel nauseous at the sight of myself.
"Cheer up sweetheart, would you? You look amazing," Maurie smiles, putting her hand on my shoulder.
"The colour is beautiful. It compliments you so well," I turn around and give her a hug. A tight one.
"I trust you," I whispered. I turn back around and finish off my make up and sighed.
Have fun tonight. I look good. I look amazing.
I stand up from the vanity before turning to the full length mirror.
He bought me this dress. Marina blue.
I smile at Maurie before grabbing my phone and bag, heading down stairs.
"Mr Drakov will be out of his meeting in a moment," Albert says softly. I nod my head and turn to the mirror hanging on the wall. I apply some lipliner before digging into my bag for some gloss. I apply it and put it in my bag, looking back up to find Marcell staring at me through the mirror.
I stare back at him and the turn around.
He looked so fucking delectable.
His hair has gotten so much longer now, the slight waves cover his forehead a little but it's been styled a little different today.
His eyes are the centre of attraction today. They look so vibrant. I love it.
And the fucking suit he's wearing. It hugs his shoulders and biceps so well.
It makes me feel some type of way if you know what I'm saying.
"That dress," he murmurs. I stare down at myself for a moment before looking back up.
"We bought that together," so he remembers that we bought it together. He stares at me, his throat bobbing up and down.
Does he not like it anymore?'
"Do you want me to cha-
"No! No that's not what I want you to do. I like it a lot," he rambled. I nodded my head slight as he smiles dorkishly.
We head out to the car together, him speeding out of the drive way.
"Your hair," he said. I turn to look at him.
"What about it?" I questioned.
"That hairstyle. I like when you have some of it up and some down. Because than you have a ponytail which I love and some of your hair down which I also love," he rambled on about my hair for the next two minutes before going quiet.
