I have heard of this ritual before
This is really gonna be interesting when ever my eyes meet Hazel's she quickly turns away
Let's see who is gonna save her from me in school
"When will the weeding take place" my mom said
"Sooner than later" her mother replied
"How about next month" my dad said
"Next month??" Hazel's eyes came out
I laughed a little
"Yeah next month it is"his dad replied
"But that's too soon" she whispered that to her mom which I heard her mother replied "shut up"
Next day..
I woke up the next morning
I remembered today I have class and so does Hazel. I got up did my morning routine and then went for breakfast when my mother called
"Hello mother"
"Hi my son how are you"
"I am fine why did you call you never call in the morning?" I questioned
"Oh yes I was saying your gonna have to take Hazel college today. I told her mother that you would be picking hazel up for college now onwards"
"Why! That's literally so annoying I have to marry her in one month and now I have to take her to college every day aswell" I said angrily
"Am really sorry my son but you have to do what you gottta do am really sorry" she said and cuts the call
What the fuck
I really hate her that I have to pick her up and drop her off that literally so annoying what about my causal make-outs in my car
Or going out with boys now I have this duty

I got into my car and I checked my gun that was on the driver's seat I left it here because I went on a business with my dad last night and got home tired at night
So I left the gun on the seat I threw the gun on the seat next to me and drive to Hazel's house
When i got her home I rang the door bell her mother answered "oh look who's here Hazel
It's Raphael. Oh come on inside darling"
"Heyy aunty"
"Oh don't call me aunty call me mom"
"Uhh okay"
Hazel enter from upstairs she looks surprised
"What is he doing here" she said while holding her finger towards me obviously annoyed
"Oh Raphael's here to pick you up from now onwards he will drive you home and drop you off isn't it wonderful" her mother replied
"I have a car and I can drive and if you are really worried about my safety then we can have a driver. Am sure Raphael won't like to be a driver" she said reasing her eyes it me
"No I won't like to be a driver but I am gonna be your husband which is my duty to take full care of you. Aren't I right mom?" I said mom just to annoy her
"Yes yes that's quite right now come on Hazel your wasting time don't you too have class" she pushed Hazel and then she closed the door
"Hey there Zella" I said too annoy her
"My name is Hazel not Zella" she said annoyed
"Yeah but like Zella more"
"Why is it one of your girlfriends name"
"Jealous much"
"In your dreams"
I opened the car seat for her " i don't need a man to open the door for me" she replied and I didn't replied back I went a sat on my driver's seat
When she sat down she moved and picked something from under her. It was my gun
She looked at me and said "Really A gun on the passenger seat" I grabbed the gun from her and replied " Scared are you"
"Me and scared from a gun's are you kidding me am the best at shooting"
"Yeah sure whatever you say Zella"
And I driver away
