She Meets Your Kid For The First time

A/N: found the password to this account and managed to log in on my laptop and so I can now update more often although if I do not then please be mindful that I am busy with school and other stuff especially that I am in my gcse years (in all honesty I don't care about them and don't do my homework unless threatened with detention)

"Oaklyn come meet Hailee" you called out to your son who was playing in the living room as you let Hailee in.

your son always talked about Hailee and asked when he'd finally officially meet her and today was the day. You could hear his little footsteps running to you.

"Hailee!" he squealed

"hey little one" She chuckled, ruffling his hair as he hugged her.

she knelt down to his hight and hugged him back. It was an adorable sight to see and you was glad to know they'd get along nicely. Oaklyn dragged Hailee inside and sat her down in the living room for her to play with him.

Hailee giggled and agreed to play with him. You watched in awe before going to the kitchen to finish making food that you had originally started cooking.

"what drinks do you guys want?" you asked from the kitchen.

"just some water please" Hailee politely replied.

"Juice" Oaklyn's toddler voice answered.

You made their drinks and plated up the food before taking it out to put on the table. They both came over and Hailee sat at it whilst you picked Oaklyn up and sat him in his high chair.

you and Hailee had some chips and grilled chicken with a side salad whilst Oaklyn had some chicken nuggets and some cucumber and carrot sticks.

He sipped on his juice in his sippy cup as he blabbered on about things to Hailee. She didn't mind at all and found it cute.

After eating Hailee offered to wash up whilst you gave your son his bath and got him ready for bed in an hour or so.

soon enough it was his bedtime and he wanted Hailee to tuck him in. You leant against the doorframe as you watched Hailee set him down and sing softly to him. When he fell asleep she softly kissed his forehead and walked back over to you where she gave you a kiss.

You both talked quietly about how cute your son was as you watched him for a bit before heading downstairs. You both just ended up cuddling on the sofa and stuck on a film and once it ended you both got ready for bed and cuddled up in bed.

"goodnight, baby" She kissed you.

"goodnight, my love" you said back.

"I love you"

"I love you too" you returned the words.
