Chapter Twenty Five, Alone

Zeke's sex drive has skyrocketed over the last couple of weeks, one second we're doing school work, or eating dinner. The next we're in a bathroom, or almost damn near naked in the middle of the dining room.

He gives off this mix of arousal and something so strong I can't keep my wolf at bay. Which leads us to now. Zeke and I are sitting in Nolan's office, with his mother and father here. We almost had sex in front of a room full of people. In the cafeteria. 

"What's going on?" Nolan's mom asks, her arms crossing. They're not mad, but they're confused.

"It's like something happens to my wolf, like he takes over" I start, but stop instantly when Nolan's parents lock eyes with each other. "What?" I ask.

"Do you think you can stop it?" His dad asks.

"At first, but as the weeks pass, no" I admit, and I can see Zeke's checkered heat.

"Sounds almost like he's going into heat" Nolan's mom starts. "After we mated, a couple weeks later that's what happened to us. It happens sometimes because your wolf wants to reproduce, some mates it's instant, sometimes it takes years but it doesn't make sense in this situation. You're both men" her brows furrow and she tilts her head.

"Maybe we should have the doctors take a look at you. Draw some blood and run tests" Nolan's father states.

"I agree" Nolan pushes to his feet. "Go today, before any other uh, situations happen" Zeke stands, keeping quiet through the whole thing.

"Sounds good" I stand, and we make our way out of the office. Zeke won't look at me, and my brows furrow, "Hey" he keeps walking, and I catch his wrists. "Baby?" I murmur, and he turns to me. His eyes are red, and he looks at me, finally. "What's wrong?"

"Awkward" he mumbles "It's embarrassing, and heat? Why would I have that? It doesn't make any sense P" his eyes gloss, and he shakes his head. I pull his small body into mine, kissing his temple gently.

"It's okay baby, we will figure it out. Lets go head to the medical building and we will see what they find." he nods, and we intertwine our fingers as we walk through the pack house then too the medical building.

We're sitting in a room, Zeke laying on the bed staring at the ceiling. He's been quiet, but they drew blood, and ran some tests.

The nurse comes in, a neutral face on. She has some sort of machine rolling in behind her. She comes up beside Zeke as he sits up. "Hi, this is an ultrasound, we just want to take a look at your stomach. You can lay down"

He does as she says, and she pushes his shirt up, exposing his stomach. She squirts some gel onto his bare skin, and he cringes at it. "Sorry, it's a little cold. '' She gives him a small smile, and takes a stick-like thing, running it over his belly.

The screen is black, and as she moves it a pocket of space shows up. Which i'm assuming is his belly? I glance at Zeke's face, and he looks paler than usual. My brows crease, and his eyes flick quickly over to the nurse.

"What?" I ask, nerves eating up my insides.

"Is that..?" Zeke asks the nurse, and I'm not quite sure what's wrong with his stomach, but alright.

"Yeah.." she gives him a small smile. "Your blood tests showed you were, that's why we did this. Looks like it was right" she glances at me, and must notice my confusion as she says. "It's a baby. His blood tests showed he was pregnant."

My stomach drops, or maybe it's my heart? I don't know. "Like, a baby baby?" I ask, my head tilting. "Like a real baby?" my eyes flick to Zeke, who looks like he's going to puke everywhere.
