From the age of 6 Lucy was beat by her parents every day, multiple times a day, leaving her all types of stab wounds, bruises and ext, she had called the cops so many times but her parents always had a way of getting away with it. At the age of 18 lucy moved out, ran away and helped herself, when she turned 21 she trained for the police academy and joined the LAPD

Tim Bradford you get our hot shot Lucy Chen
Lopez you get our legacy Jackson west
And bishop you get the 40 year old rookie who's near his exspiray date.

J- lucy are you okay?
Lucy hated that she was called hot shot, her dad called her that before he SA her and abused her, she didn't wanna say anything so ...
L- yeah im fine, just nervous

T- BOOT LETS GO NOW!
L- oh okay sir
Lucy was scared that Tim was gonna be like her parents and hurt her.

T- Boot this is a shop, not a car, not a black and white, it's where you work! Bla bla bla all the rules

Tim and lucy got in and started patrol

T- BOOT IVE BEEN SHOT WHERE ARE YOU!

Lucy froze, she was scared, the last time she was yelled at like that by someone older than her was her dad when he hurt her. Lucy started panicking and Tim got madder and started raising his hands moving them everywhere. Lucy thought he was gonna hit her.

L- i- i have to g g go
T- BOOT YOU DO NOT LEAVE MY SHOP UNTIL I SAY!

Lucy ran out of the shop all the way to the station and ran into Jackson

J- lucy what's wrong

Lucy was shaking real bad

L- t tim was gonna h hit me, like m m my parents...

Jackson took lucy into the break room and Lucy sat down sobbing while Jackson was holding her tight

Tim then came storming in

T- BOOT WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!
J- SIR! WHERE YOU GONNA BEAT HER! WHAT THE HELL!
T- what are you on about west! I didn't lay a finger on her and I wasn't going to, let me talk to her

Jackson left the room!

T- boot what the hell is going on! What was Jackson taking about?!
L- y you where getting s- so mad and i i thought you where gonna h hurt me or touch my b body... y you called me hot shot, my dad called me that then touched my body and hurt me...
T- luce I would never lay a finger on you I promsie! Are you parents arrested?
L- no, they always managed to get away, they have been doing this since i was 5 or smth...
T- im gonna send untits to arrest them okay. Why didn't you tell me i was triggering you luce?
L- idk im sorry

Lucy starts crying so much she had a panic attack and can't breath

L- i - I can't b- breathe
T- lulu follow my breath, 123 in and 123 out!

After a while he calms her down and her parents get arrested, Tim comforts her and helps her through her whole training
