Yeseul helped her mum measuring a client. The young lady seemed really excited about her new hanbok, her presumed mother as well. This made Yeseul smile as it was always a joy to see their customers happy.
»Alright«, her mum told to the customer, »We will have the hanbok ready in two days.«
»We'll come by then«, she answered, »Goodbye!«
»Goodbye!«, Mother and Daughter said. They left and the two of them tidied up the fitting room together. Her mother always was meticulous about everything looking perfect for the next customer. Yeseul shared her opinion. They were a good team when working together, they always knew which thing to do next and never got in each other's ways.
»I'm going to take over the front of the store. Can you get some cabbage from the market?«, her mother asked as the two of them left the fitting room.
»Yeah, I can do that.« She went to the counter where customers would pay and opened the wooden chest in which they put the money so she could pay for the cabbage. At that moment she heard the door of the shop open and stood up again to greet the new customers. In the entrance of the shop stood Yeowool and Hanseong in their Hwarang robes.
»Mum, I'm just going to do these two customers and go to the market afterwards«, Yeseul told her mother and went over towards the two young men before her mother could say anything. She tried to suppress her smile as she was really happy seeing them again, especially Yeowool.
»Welcome in Hwan's Clothes«, she greeted them formally and bowed, »What can I do for you?«
»We would like to try on new hanbok«, Yeowool answered with a smile seemingly amused by her formal behaviour.
»Follow me«, Yeseul told them and went ahead towards the fitting rooms.
»Hello, Yeseul«, Hanseong greeted her with a content smile as they arrived and she finally looked at him properly.
»Hello Hanseong« She smiled at him as well. »So what can I get you?«
»We want new hanbok...«, Yeowool started his sentence but was interrupted by Hanseong.
»Yeowool, actually, I already saw one I want to try on.«
»Alright, when you have already decided«, Yeowool said, »But you have to show me.«
»Maybe« Hanseoung smiled cheeky. Yeseul had to smile at the two of them teasing each other.
»Show me and you can try it on«, she told the young Hwarang and followed him to a blue hanbok.
»This one?«
»Yes. I like the colour«, Hanseong answered with a content smile.
»That's true. It has a pretty colour«, she agreed and took the hanbok, »One moment.« Quickly she looked for their employee Miyeon and told her to help Hanseong try it on. Then she came back to Yeowool who had waited for her in the fitting room.
»And I came here because of the good service I got last time. I even got to meet the girl I met on and a half years ago«, Yeowool said, »But she just let me wait this time.«
»You're not the only customer since you brought along Hanseong as well«, she explained, »So you have to wait a little. But I'm here now. So, did you already see one you want to try on?«
»That pink one hanging on the wall«, the Hwarang answered and pointed at the wall next to the door of the room. Yeseul took it from the wall and went ahead behind the curtain.
»Are you on break?«, she asked while she started untying Yeowools white Hwarang belt as she had done it quite often at this point. Now that they stood so close to each other she remembered the kiss he gave her on her cheek and how the held hands which made her cheek feel warm again. She couldn't supress the smile that formed on her lips.
»Yes, but we're going to meet with Suho at Okta later.«
»That sounds nice. Any news from the Hwarang House?«
»I don't know if I told you about this but when we sneaked out there was an incident with Banryu and Suho's sister Sooyeon. Allegedly Banryu touched her chest but when Suho wanted to fight Banryu she hit her brother with something so hard on the head that he fainted. So we had to carry him back. The funny thing is that Suho doesn't seem to remember anything of that evening«, Yeowool explained.
»And Sooyeon? Is she alright?«, Yeseul asked concerned.
»Yeah, she seems alright.« Just as they stepped back in front of the curtain Hanseong came storming in excited.
»I'm done. I'll take this one!«, he declared with a big smile.
»It does look really good on you«, Yeowool complimented the younger Hwarang.
»Thank you. Yours also looks very good on you!«
»I know. What doesn't.« Yeseul laughed quietly at his comment but she had to agree with both Hwarang, they looked really handsome in their new hanbok.
»Thank you, Yeseul!«, Hanseoung said and turned around to the other girl standing in the door frame, »Thank you, Miyeon! I am going to pay now!«
They were all heading out of the room when Yeseul took the moment and held Yeowool back by the sleeve of his new hanbok. She didn't even really plan to do this, but it was too late to not say anything. Her mind was running, searching for something she could say to him. He turned around and looked curious at her. Slowly as if no one was to notice he moved his hand to hold hers that had been on his sleeve. Both of them did not look at their hands but Yeseul knew both of them were just acting like this wasn't happening.
»Are we going to see each other in the evening?«, she eventually asked and paused for a second before adding, »Maybe?«
»Of course«, he answered smiling, »How about we meet at the bridge to the marketplace at 10 pm?«
Yeseul nodded happily. »Yes, let's meet there.«
