This time the trip seemed to quick. As I look out the window, seeing the clouds pass us by I can't help but think how all of us already miss mama so much. I lean back in my chair and close my eyes. Maybe this is all a silly nightmare and I can sleep it all away.
The flight attendants announcement for us landing in the next 20 minutes woke me up, as well brought me back to reality. In two days, my dad will be remarked to a woman I barely even know.
Once the plane landed I leaned over to wake Jakina and Josiah up.
"Wake up, we're here".
"Hm...." -Josiah
"Get up".
After them finally getting up and moving out of the way, I reach into the over head and pull out my carry on.
Someone bumps into me and I turn to instantly yell at them.
"My bad."
His blue eyes pop out and his smile melts my insides. I look at his black hair and white Christ that just makes me notice all the rich colors of his features.
"Oh, it's fine."
"Ok, as long as you are."
He gives me a slight nod and smiles before passing me by. My heart flutters and I feel like I'm on cloud nine.
Maybe his won't be so bad.
Wait, his name!
Once I turn his no where in sight. A cough catches my attention and I look to Jakina and Josiah.
"Are you done with whatever that was."
"Shut up."
I hit Josiah in the head before motioning for them to move.
Once going through check and getting our luggage we stood in the waiting area awkwardly.
"Um...what do we do now?"-Jakina.
"Are we walking like last time"?-Josiah
"I don't think so. We better not be".
I looked around and saw a sigh that said "The Carnell's". And the person holding the sighn was Mr. Carnell himself. Once I showed Jakina where he was standing she ran over to him. While me and Josiah trailed behind her.
"Aren't you gonna run over to him"?
"No, what about you why aren't you running to him"?
"Are you...nevermind let's go".
After he hugged and greated us all he took us outside to that same 4 wheeler that looks a little expensive. We got in and rode to his apartment. When we went in none of our boxes were there.
"Where's all our stuff, the boxes and all that stuff"?-Jakina
"Well me and Rachel have a surprise for everyone".
"What is it"?
"Everyone will see once we get back from the honeymoon, since the wedding is the day after tomorrow...I can't wait for y'all to see".
"Why can't we know already"?-Jakina.
"You'll just have to wait".
After that we went out to McDonald's and ate dinner then went back to the apartment and went to sleep.

Once I finally got up I looked over to the clock and it was 9:24 a.m. I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't since I heard my dad talking quite loudly on the phone. I quietly went and got dressed then went to the living room to see what was up.
