JANKI'S POV
"Ra.. Rana sa. Hukum.. Maafi" A woman pled joining hands.
"Five mistakes. First, You were here judging a woman in My Palace. Second, You were talking on the back of your Queen. Third, you back bitched about my wife on my back. Fourth, you needed to apologize to her not me. And fifth, pack your bags because loathes like you aren't needed at my home." He thundered and I looked at him shocked for the last thing he announced.
"No. No Hukum. What will we even do. Please. We've small kids. Please mercy on us. Raani sa, please. " The workers cried joining their hands and I looked at Raghav to see him so angry.
"Rag... Rana sa, let it go" I whispered and he turned to look at me.
"Why do you forget that you're a Queen. What were you waiting for listening to these leeches. All you needed was to utter one single word. FIRED. She might mercy you, but how could you forget,I'm merciless. If I see your faces in the morning, you'll be dealt in a way bad then this" He angered
"They've families Rana sa. They're the earning source. Don't do that" I protested to which he didn't say anything and taking my hand, he walked out moving towards the King's Abode.
"This wasn't done Rana sa. You pay no heed to anything I say. Doesn't it matter even a bit to you" I said as soon as we reached our room.
"Matter? Really" He chuckled for a second like a maniac and then glared me.
"Your words, your face, your mercy which you were showing to me mattered to me is the reason, they weren't thrown right now in this chilly winter night. And I pay heed to your words that is why, they're just fired and they'll suffer. Not anyone else in their families. They'll be taken care of. Otherwise, their seven generations would've regretted this" He snapped
'You're impossible Raghav" I yelled just when my eyes went inside the walk in.
And I looked at myself.
The shorts, the hoodie as long as just shorts, the hairs in a messy bun.
I was in no way a Queen. Weren't the people right!
But I didn't woo him! I never even gave a hint of that!
Amidst thinking all this a hand and I jumped at my place.
"Sush, it's me" He whispered and I looked at him when his hand went to my cheeks and he wiped away the tears that I didn't even know were there.
Why the hell was I crying!
I'm more stronger then this!
Don't let people over power your mind. Don't let people over power you!
"Sunshine.. " A small whisper was there and I looked at him.
"What" I asked and he looked at me for a second and then spoke.
"Nothing. Let's get you to bed" He said
"I'm not a kid of two Rana sa. " I stated and moved past him.
Why are you angry on him!
Because it's easier to get angry and get away with things.
I got to the bed and covered myself with comforters totally.
"I know you're listening Janki. And I'll be doomed if you can't word your thoughts in front of me. But I want you to know that, I don't care a bit of what people think. Because I know, you didn't woo me or anything. It was me who asked you to get married. It's easier for people to blame the women always but I promise you" He spoke and I felt fresh hot tears rolling down my cheeks silently.
