"The bed is big enough for two. Sleep here" She said very clear for my ears to hear and I looked at her.
Taking a step towards her I spoke.
"You know right, what you're saying? " I asked
"You told me that the day I speak without hesitation.. " She said and I looked at her.
"Yes Sunshine. Because once I come there, there won't be going back. You can't push me away then. And that is why very patiently I'm giving you all the time you need. In simpler words, I will throw that couch away forever" I told
"If I look back, I never pushed you away" She said and I looked at her and removing my footwear, I took the other side of the bed.
"Well, just out of courtesy I'm doing that. A King won't look good sleeping on floor mattress" She smirked
"Sure! So kind of you Raani sa. What would've I done if you won't have shared your bed" I mocked back to which she chuckled
"Good night Raghav" She wished
"I'm having a one sunshine" I replied and closed my eyes.
Though we had a little distance between each other and I knew how badly I was controlling myself to hold her in my arms, I was yet contended to see her breathing more near me.
And I don't know when sleep over powered me.
As I woke up in the morning, I found the space near me empty.
So the late riser was early today.
Not bad!
As I stood up and got ready I went out to see her giggling with some.. Rabbits in her arms.
But what caught my attention more was.. Her yellow kurta suit.
Name anything and she would carry it with so elegance.
I went near her as she stood up picking one of the rabbit in her arms and turned just to bump into me.
"Ouch" She screeched as I held both her and rabbit.
"Happy Birthday Sunshine. May you become more clumsy day by day" I mocked
"I hate you" She snapped taking the rabbit from my hands and I chuckled
"You wearing that for safari. Are you sure" I asked
"Is that bad? " She questioned
"Of course not. You look beautiful Sunshine. Very beautiful" I replied kissing her forehead.
"By the way, I changed the plans. I hope you don't mind" She mumbled
"What plans? " I asked
"Safari tomorrow. Roaming around today" She mumbled and I looked at her
"I won't mind at all. Do it the way you like sunshine. It's your day" I said
"Come on. Let's have breakfast" I added
"Wait a second. Why are you wearing a white kurta" She asked
"Am.. Just. I'm not used to t shirts, jeans and casual shirts now" I replied and she narrowed her eyes.
"Tomorrow, if you don't wear what I packed, don't come with me" She warned
"Jokes apart" I said
"This wasn't a joke mister" She warned
"Fine. Let's keep it for tomorrow" I told and took her to the restaurant where we had the breakfast.
