A training trip

Kawaki woke up from a deep sleep (he was having those a lot lately) in the morning and went to the bathroom. After finishing he went to down the stairs to the kitchen passing by Hima (she insisted he calls her that) who greeted him in her cheerfully tone and waved. Not to be rude he just grumbled and went to the tabled seeing the seventh sitting in his chair and not looking any better.

Let it be known that these two were not morning people and never will be.
Mrs Uzumaki made breakfast (and shit was great) and they ate in silence the only one talking was Hima saying how excited she was fo a new day with her friends. She a social butterfly as far as Kawaki could tell and she made everyone around her cheerful (even Kawaki but he'll before saying that) and Lord seventh was trying to wake up more.

"Shikamaru called for you dear, you're going today right?" Hinata asked and Naruto nodded. "Yeah I'll send a shadow clone today as well" Naruto responded.

Kawaki perked up at that since the seventh promised to teach him that but never got the chance. Ninjutsu sounded awesome and he wanted to learn them and the man seemed more than happy to teach him. Kawaki did some sessions with the seventh in the past three weeks he's been here and it was nothing like the Hell hole training from Kara and it was actually more useful and refreshing. The time he spent with the seventh and his family he grew to appreciate them and care about them (he also felt like home but didn't want to impose) they were good people and he wanted to protect them from harm and dangers.

The seventh said that's what a Shinobi is and even though Kawaki was skeptical about the idea of being one but he was willing to do anything for them that's for sure.

Kawaki wasn't familiar with their life style but the seventh explained to him that it was the place where they learn how to be Shinobi as well as academics (which Mrs Uzumaki is teaching him) and Hima wanted to be a ninja. As she was leaving he noticed her wearing a black jacked with pink in the inside that was too big for her and frowned.
Yes the only problem with this family was the supposedly run away son that left a week before Kawaki came which means it's been over a month now and the family's mod was getting depressed by the day and Kawaki hated it.

"Hey Kawaki prepare yourself, we're going to Sakura to see the results of the tests on the Karma seal!" Naruto said and Kawaki nodded uneasy. It a pain to get convinced to let the pink haired woman take some samples of his blood for tests since he didn't like doctors and scientists (she was also the cloaked asshole's wife so less trust) but the seventh convinced him.

Kawaki was skeptical at the possibility of a cure but he wasn't gonna tell them not to try, maybe it'll work....maybe. So after they left the house Mrs Uzumaki called after them.
"Be safe you two!" Naruto 'odded at his wife and Kawaki felt embarrassed.
The trip to the hospital was uneventful and he wasn't gonna complain about that any time soon. He appreciated how peaceful this village was and how happy it's people lived. It made him wish he was born in here, with a loving family and a peaceful life. That train of thought was stopped when they got to the hospital.

As the two entered the hospital they waited for the pink haired medic to arrive and give the results.

"So if this doesn't work I wanted to say thanks" Kawaki said

"Well I believe in Sakura so don't worry" Naruto smiled

"......If you say so"

They sat in silence for sometime until the resopcionist called for them. They walked to Sakura's office and Naruto knocked on the door. As the two heard the woman calling them to come in Naruto opened the door.

"Good morning Naruto" said Sakura with a smile and Naruto smiled back

"Hey there Sakura! So what's the results?" Naruto asked and Sakura motioned for them to sit so they did as told.
