"Why do I have to do it?!" A male voice whispered angrily.

"Because you're the shortest! It will be easier for you!" Another male voice shouted.

"Watch your words, Tartagila." The other growled.

"Woah calm down kitty. Just get the crown!" The person called Tartagila told him.

"Fine, but you owe me."

"Yeah yeah. I know I do. Now go!"

The male slid down the rope that Tartagila and another male were holding onto. When he was down to the floor he saw the crown that belonged to the missing Prince. He quickly snatched it and alarms started going off. He grabbed back onto the rope and Tartagila and the other began to lift him back up.

The three ran away from the Palace with guards hot behind them. The guards were followed by the Princess' personal Guard, Dainsleif and her horse, Paimon. The thieves make it outside the kingdom and ran into the forest but the path they followed had brought them to a dead end. Tartagila and the other male became to make a deal with the one that had the crown.

"Alatus, pass us the bag with the crown and we will help you get over the ledge." Tartagila told him.

"I'm not giving you that bag. You're clumsy and you'll loose it." Alatus told him.

"Just pass it. It will be easier for you to get over without it." The other male spoke.

"Yeah! Listen to Scara! Come on, Alatus." Tartagila pleaded.

"Okay, fine. But promise, you'll give it back to me." Xiao agreed.

"Yeahhh! Of course." Tartagila grinned.

Alatus passed him the bag and Tartagila opened the bag to see that the crown was not in the bag. Alatus laughed and revealed the second bag he had that the crown was actually in. Double crossing the two, Alatus ditched them and ran into the forest.

"ALATUS! YOU PIECE OF SHIT! I'LL FIND YOU." Tartagila yelled at him.

Alatus continued to run and look for a place to hide. While running he came across Paimon, the horse. So, he took the chance and decided to ride the horse to somewhere far away. He came to a stop when he came across a tower in a clearing of the forest. He sighed in relief and jumped off Paimon's back. He walked closer to the tower and began to climb the vines that grew on the towers.

He climbed through the open window and takes deep breathes when he finally reached the top. He checks his bag for the crown and grins at it. He stares to admire it thinking her was alone in the tower but he was suddenly hit and knocked out.

A boy with very long blonde hair had knocked the thief out with a frying pan and he cautiously stepped closer to the man with his pet chameleon, Venti.

Venti, using his different colour schemes, tells Aether to be wary of the young man since Mother Amias often told him stories of men that had sharp teeth. However, Aether found nothing scary about the male. He decided that he will hide the man in his closet before Mother Amias comes home. Aether thought about showing Mother Amias the young man in hopes to prove that he can take care of himself and hopefully that she will allow him out for his 18th birthday.
