Toge x Yuta (BL)

(a/n those chapters were kinda hard to understand. By the way sometimes my autocorrect turns 'Toge' to 'Tige' so if you ever see that you'll know! Anyways enjoy(I really tried hard to make this chapter understandable))

It was just before removing Gojo's seal. It was just before going to Saitama prefecture, just before they had arrived at the training ground.

Yuta had seen Toge again.

It felt like a year was a lot; Inumaki didn't have the same hairstyle and even though he still looked good as ever, he was more...how could he say this...cute?

A year before he remembered being a bit anxious around the strong and hot Toge. But getting to know him changed his way of seeing him and he learned that he wasn't as menacing as he seemed but actually really kind and caring too.

His personality and his looks really clashed with each other Yuta thought with a smile.

He walked to the awaiting Toge and waved. Toge waved back and ran up to him. "Yuta!!"

That was the second time he had heard Tige say his name. The first time he did it was after his fight with Geto Suguru and it hadn't felt so heavenly then. But now that he was here, that he was safe Yuta could smile. So he did.

"Inumaki!" Yuta caught Toge in a hug, being careful not to squeeze too much by fear of hurting his injured arm.

"Kelp!" Inumaki said. "It's great to see you too" Yuta chuckled. When was the last time I had a conversation like this?

"Ok guys let's get started!" Shoko said, getting everyone's attention. "You can all meet up with Okkotsu later."

Yuta reluctantly let go of the shorter boy and walked to one of the sacs used to protect them from the explosion going to occur, and whatever was going to come out of that seal. Inumaki had taken a microphone, and gave Hana the signal to open the prison realm.

"Salmon!"

A huge explosion came out of nowhere, deafening and blinding Yuta. Once he could see clearly again, Gojo was gone, and so was the Prison Realm.

"What happened?!" Itadori yelled out. "Sensei! Is it safe to come closer?" They all ran to where the prison realm previously was. Seeing nothing there, everyone froze in their movements.

"Huh? Sensei?" Itadori exclaimed again. "Did he disappear along with the prison realm?"

While they were exchanging their thoughts and that Hana was trying to convince herself she hadn't killed Gojo Satoru, Yuta stole a small glance at Toge who looked like he couldn't get any more of this.

That tugged a small smile on Yuta's lips. "What are you smiling about?" Maki questioned (even though it felt more like a demand). Yuta shook his head. "No, nothing."

Maki eyed him and was about to say something when they suddenly felt the earth shake violently.

"An earthquake?!" Hana exclaimed, surprised and worried. "This can't be a coincidence!" Yuji yelled over the noise, visibly sharing her feelings.

They had found Gojo in the now abandoned and destroyed Star Corridor. Apparently he had gone directly to where Kenjaku and Sukuna were, shocking everyone but mostly himself. Shoko had brought him to an old morgue along with Ijichi and Ino to talk about the recent events.

Yuta and Toge were walking down a dim hallway that only had flickering lights to light their path. "Mentaiko" Toge suddenly said.

Yuta looked over at him before answering. "Don't worry. I told HQ about what happened to your arm so that they would assign me to the mission to exterminate Yuji Itadori-kun, but I never told him about it."

"Salmon, salmon."

"That's right, that was solely on Sukuna" Yuta answered, still looking at the white haired boy. "He doesn't bear any responsibility for that."

Yuta looked away from him just as Inumaki looked into his eyes. "Salmon roe."

"...thank you" Yuta said softly. "I'll be putting you to work."

Yuta finally turned to look at Toge. "I missed you by the way."

Toge's eyes flashed from serious to flustered in a just a moment as he muttered. "Salmon." Yuta let out a small laugh, losing eye contact. "I think we all missed each other, I mean it's been a year."

There was a comfortable silence before it was broken. "You know I was worried about you, and your arm. I didn't just use it as an excuse because I didn't care."

This time Inumaki stayed quiet.

Yuta looked at him before sighing. "Did that come out wrong? I'm sorry."

Although Yuta's appearance had seemingly changed, his personality most likely remained the same. He had just become stronger, more confident, and overall better in general, he seemed to be progressing. How did he become so tall in a year? Was what Toge wondered the most.

"Inumaki..?" Yuta's voice cut Toge from his thoughts. "Inumaki are you alright?"

Toge nodded. "Salmon."

Yuta slightly cocked his head to the side, frowning. "Fine then. Just don't preoccupy yourself to much then, okay?" Toge gave him a small thumbs up and continued to walk.

After a few seconds he realised Yuta wasn't following him so he turned around and it was now his turn to cock his head questioningly.

Yuta clenched his fists. "Inumaki, you know that you drive me crazy right?" Toge didn't answer but kept listening. "Every time I'm around you I just wish for it to last forever. I don't want this conversation to end, atleast not like this."

Yuta took a few steps towards Toge, stopping about a meter in front of him. "It's like when you say my name, Inumaki. I love your voice, yet you're forced to not use it." Yuta slowly reached out and brushed a strand of Toge's hair off his face, revealing his pale violet eyes.

"Yuta..." Inumaki whispered, not stepping away but blushing from all the affectionate words he was receiving. But also the look on his face...

Yuta blushed a light pink and took another step forward. "Yes, that's me."

Toge stared into his dark blue orbs as the black haired man slowly leaned in, taking his time. But just as their lips were going to touch, Yuta stopped. What if this isn't what he wants? Will I ruin our friendship if I do this? Could I say this was all a mistake and leave? But then how would he react..? Yuta couldn't stop worrying internally and it was killing him. "...Yuta" Toge breathed softly against the his ear.

That voice easily soothed him once again. "Mh..?" He mumbled.

Toge knew his next words might be dangerous but nevertheless he still tried.

"Kiss me."
