Keith has been planning to do this for almost a week now and has made it seem like nothing was going on. Today was the day, jess had text him asking if he was busy today he replayed simply with
"Yeah, can't hang out today"
He then turned his phone off, found his sharpest knife,and started running water.
"This is it, now I get to join alice"
As keith put the knife at the base of his wrist he heard a sound like someone clearing there throat. He turned and saw alice, standing in the doorway with her arms crossed and a pissed off expression.
"Keith Alec Brown, what in fucks sake are you doing?!"
"What's it look like, Alice? You should know, you did it in the hospital."
Alice stopped talking and stared at the guy she had loved till death and even now, she now sees the bags under his eyes from from not sleeping, how pale and lifeless his eyes have become and how sick he started to look. Seeing this reminded her....of herself. She left him when he needed her to love him. She only sees this now and she sees she can't take it back. Alice looks at the floor and slowly vanishes, leaving keith alone once again.
