Everyday more and more to write, staying up late just to get the finishing touches wrote down. Keith has tried to put everything into his book but now can't find the words to use. Jess turned out to be nothing like Alice and since the day he saw Alice's ghost the second time he's been dying to see her again and the only way to do that it go back to the building.
Keith got into his car and drove to the building where Alice's ghost stays and went right to the closet where he had seen her. He walks in and sits in the closet and stares at the wall across from him, he sits for hours. Finally just a few minutes after midnight Alice shows up.
"Keith?! What are you doing here"
"I can't do this Alice, every second I'm living I can't stand that you are not. Its slowly killing me and there is no girl as great as you and no girl that could ever even dream of filling the space you have in my heart."
"Keith....i-i....I'm sorry..."
"For what? None of this was your fault."
"I'm sorry for leaving."
"But you're not quite gone."
"But I am and I don't want you to be too."
"Well maybe that's something I can't promise."
Keith gets up and leaves before another word can be said and goes home to work on his book then go to bed. In his sleep he dreams of Alice, not just Alice, him and Alice being together again... Just like it always was as children and I'm the asylum and these are days he misses most.
