Nikki's POVI woke and grabbed my fav Bacca shirt, my checkered jacket, and my ripped skinny jeans. My parents were passed out from the night before with beer cans all over their room. I walked by their room real quick and quit. As I walked down the stairs i heard my mom get out of bed, so I rushed to get my fav red converses. Right as she was coming down the stairs I ran out the door and grabbed my skateboard. My parents were very abusive and after a night of drinking they were even worse. I got a few good runs in before I started to ride. When I got to school I saw the baseball players hanging around talking. I thought I saw something behind me so I looked. I wasn't paying attention and I ended up running strait in to Lachlan and Rob. I got up and looked at them. "I'm so sorry, I didn't" I got cut off by Preston " Hey watch where you're going looser!. I was about to get up when Rob kicked me in the gut and knocked me back down on the ground. They all laughed at me. That's when Mitch and Jerome walked over and were confused about why Lachlan and I were on the ground. Vikk explained everything to them; then went to help up Lachlan. After that while I was still on the ground the bell rang. They all headed in but Jerome stayed back to help me up. He didn't say anything to me;after that we walked back into the school. He almost seemed mesmerized, but by what was it my blue eyes, my bright blond hair, or something else. I don't know what I like him so maybe he has feelings for me to.
