The night swayed peacefully.
The subway station seemed so quiet.
The subway speaker said the train's next destination, and I remained silent.

This is taking a bit longer than expected..
I crossed my legs and sighed.
Pulling out my phone, I scrolled down social media for updates on anything, but sadly my inbox was empty.
5 minutes later, the speaker said I arrived in my destination, and I carefully waited to get out of the train.
"I don't need to go that far just to go to some bookstore." I murmured, with narrowed brows.
"Who am I kidding, haha of course I'll go this far just for some bookstore." I happily sang while walking down the street.
Skipping down the street, a hoard of people start to rush by trying to chase something or someone. This commotion attracted more people, and it was eventually a long chain of people trying to follow the front crowd.
The big crowd fades from a distance, and I eventually just calmly made my way to the bookstore. It would be such a waste to not stick my nose in a book at this hour.
Before making her way to the Bookstore, she passed by a charming array of cobblestone streets lined with quaint cafes, antique shops, and bakeries.
Catching small glimpses of street musicians playing soulful tunes and melodies, even the wind danced and hummed to their songs, the night having a romantic ambience. Distant sounds of laughter, clinking glasses spill from lively bistros, creating a captivating atmosphere.
Arriving at the bookstore, she made her steps up to the door. Upon opening the door, an ornate bell tinkled softly. The aroma of nostalgia lingered within the books that surrounded every shelves of this place.
Aged paper, and the warm glow of vintage lamps over shelves stacked with dusty books.
This place was always empty, but never closed up. Some people show up, they come and go. Borrow some books, and hang around.
I ran my fingers down the dusty books that were lined up on the shelves down the aisle I wanted to check out. The feeling of reading a new book and new contents that came along with it were exciting.
I hummed to myself quietly, while the floor creaks as I try to find a good book to read. While reading the spine of the books for an interesting title, I saw a tall figure pass by.
