Y/N'S POV:

"Did we just do that?" Clarissa asked, a little surprised.

"We must have. How else do you explain Leonora being naked in between us right now?" I laughed. "When did you get here by the way?"

"Oh, after I left Lesso's office. I didn't want to go back to my castle, so I thought I'd explore your rooms." Clarissa explained

"Explore you certainly did, far more than just our rooms. What do we do now?"

"We stay here for a while, enjoy our time in Leonora's rare happy presence, and then we go back to work."

I sighed at the thought of this moment ending. I never wanted it to end, and from the look of disappointment on Clarissa's face, neither did she. The next two hours, Clarissa and I spent cuddled into Leonora, who was fast asleep. We didn't say anything, but the undisturbed quietness of the room was perfect. It's a shame we have to leave it.

Two Weeks Later...

Life had been crazy and barely any of it had been fun. Lesso and Dovey had been busy being Deans and for some reason the students were misbehaving like crazy, meaning that they had to punish and deal with them continuously. Leonora barely had any time to stop, or even drink, during those two weeks and would collapse onto her bed when she finished working and slept. Meaning that I was left alone in my room.

When I went to the Good School it was a very similar situation. Dovey would spend the day teaching, then would spend the rest of her time helping Sophie with making outfits or would see to the Ever's 'major' problems. Such as 'My necklace has been stolen' or 'Someone has ruined my makeup' which they obviously blamed on the Nevers, despite it being one of their classmates' faults most of the time. These false accusations turned into more frequent fights at mealtimes, which at first were entertaining but now they're just boring.

I now seem to spend my days in one of four places. My bedroom, the Good Gardens, the library, and the food hall. My life was a continuous bore and with the students being such assholes, my Deans had no time for me. They barely even had the time to say hello to me in the halls.

So I went to the only person who I thought would talk to me.

The headmaster...

Knock! Knock!

"Come in" A distant voice called. I walked in and he was still staring at the Storian's words on the pages. "I would say why are you here, but I know that. You have grown distant with them, and you don't know how to get their attention back and now you're feeling lonely, so you came to me because you don't know what to do."

"That sums it up yep" I sighed, walking closer to him. I tried looking at what the Storian was writing but the headmaster turned around and blocked my view. Dammit, I was so curious to see whose story it was writing.

"So what are you going to do?"

"I don't know. That's why I came to you. They're both so distracted by the students' problems that are for some reason never ending!" I started to pace back and forth in the room as he just watched me.

"Fix the students and then you'll get them back" He casually said, as if it was the easiest thing to do, returning to his position by the Storian.

"How the hell do I do that!? There's so many of them!" I shouted shocking myself and him. My eyes widened in fear as I realized what I had done. Fuck, I just yelled at my boss.
