The Aquarium

Kyoto honked his horn twice to let Koji know he was there.

Koji stepped out of his apartment wearing a black muscle tank decorated with 3 chain necklaces, a jacket with three pride pins on it, and a pair of jeans. There was a wallet chain hanging out of Koji's jeans despite Koji knowing he wouldn't really need his wallet, but he brought it along just in case, you never know. Even though they're on a date Kyoto invited him to, Kyoto could be a total dick and make him pay for his own ticket. Oh well, even if he minded at least he's prepared. Koji sat in the passenger seat of Kyoto's car and adjusted his tiara before flashing a smile.

Kyoto chuckled smiling back.

He sighed in relief and nodded before putting a hand down on Kyoto's dashboard, "Alright then let's go!" He said excitedly

Kyoto started the car, the engine purring to life as they headed towards their destination. As Kyoto navigates the streets toward the aquarium, Koji gazes out the window, watching the city pass by in a blur. Like a kid, he imagined that on the side of the road, there was a little mini-person running beside the car.

"I've always loved aquariums," Kyoto said, "There's something just so peaceful about watching the fish swim gracefully in their tanks. Plus, I heard they have a new exhibit! I can't wait to see it."

Koji chuckles, "I'm glad you're excited. I haven't been to the aquarium in ages, so this will be a nice change of pace."

Koji hums softly to the radio, Måneskin was playing, Koji didn't know Kyoto liked this band. Knowing this gave him a sense of joy to know they had this in common. "So you like Måneskin too, huh?" Koji spoke hiding his excitement well. Despite being a loudmouth and excitable, he's pretty collected as a person.

"Yeah it's my favorite band right now" Kyoto replied humming along to the song a little. The car fell quiet as the song ended. Kyoto felt like he needed to say something, anything, so he did just that.

"So about the photo's what ended up happening with that?"

Koji froze at that question. He didn't remember that night at all, but what he learned shook him to the core. Unknown to Kyoto and most of Koji's friends, the perpetrator has been texting Koji from a burner phone. Each time with a different number each time with more pictures of that night. Through those pictures, he learned that he had been more to that night. There had been a picture of him kissing some guy at the party while he was drunk out of his mind

He gripped a part of the seat before speaking. "Yeah...the cops said because it was just harassment and because there was no other evidence they were going to close my case." Koji lied not wanting to involve Kyoto any further.

The truth was that Koji was scared. He never went to the police at all. He was being blackmailed and forced to do favors. To make it worse the guy who took all of the photos took more photos each time with him. Koji already knew what the guy looked like. Koji already knew what the guy smelled like. You'd think he'd smell disgusting, but no he smelled like apples. You'd think he was ugly but no, he was actually quite pretty, almost handsome you could say.
Tall, blonde, muscular, with a soft jawline, and sparkling blue eyes. At first glance, you'd never believe that was who did all of this. Yet somehowsomehow, Koji got locked into some kind of relationship with this guy. He claimed he'd send the photos around the school, to Koji's parents, to the admins, everyone. Most people didn't even know he was gay. They'd see him as a slut! A pig! Would he still be safe? All these thoughts were racing in his mind as he gave his weak lie to Kyoto.

"Yeesh I'm sorry to hear that," Kyoto said sympathetically.
