2 Weeks Later

"Where you going" King walked in the room with KJ
"Out with a friend, where are yall going" I grabbed my MK wallet.
"Mall and Movies"
"I wasn't invited" I touched my chest in disbelief chuckling
"You have plans anyway" he shrugged and got his phone
"Mhm" I kissed KJ's cheek and walked down stairs
"Oh, so I dont get a kiss" He walked behind me to the door
"You have an attitude"
"You right" he laughed and I just kept walking
If he wants to play this game, im ready.
"Bye mommy" KJ yelled
"Bye baby" I blew him a kiss and King rolled his eyes

I only have a attitude because I know she going to see that lil nigga from the club that night. But ima just enjoy this time and day with my son, they have their days together and we have ours. He is kinda getting attached to her a lot too, but that's not a problem. I just want him to have a family.
My phone rang and I looked at the Caller ID and seen it was Kesha. She calls every other day, she won't tell me where she is or what she's doing but at least I have my son and I know he's not in danger.
"Wassup" I answered
"Hey can I talk to my son" I handed KJ the phone
"Hey" he said dry "Who's this" he whispered to me
"Your mom" I looked at him and then back at the road
"Oh" they talked a little bit more and he gave me back the phone
"KJ you don't remember mommy"
"That's not your girlfriend" I shook my head
"Okay, take off your seatbelt" I parked and got out of the car
"Can you pick me up" He put up his hands and pouted
"Nah, nah" I waved him off and held his hand

We left the mall 2 hours later on time for the movie.
We went inside and got popcorn and two sprites and went to the movie room.
"Is it gonna be scary" he asked as we sat down
"No, its a disney movie"
"Aw man" he sucked his teeth and I laughed

"Was the movie good son"
"Yes, dad" We went on the way home

"Okay, im gonna be on my way now" I grabbed my things and got up
"Alright bye" he walked me to the door
"Thanks for having me over" I hugged him and he hugged back
"Anytime" he waved as I walked off

I drove into the driveway thinking "King better have lost this damn attitude"
I unlocked the door and kicked off my heels in the shoe stand. It was so quiet, but they are here. I grabbed a water and honey bun before making my way upstairs to KJ's room. They were playing video games.
