Deception:is the final transformation achieved by the Crimson-Masked Saiyan, serving as the advanced variation of Super Saiyan Rosé 3 and Super Saiyan Rosé's current ultimate and final evolution of power.

Visually, the form greatly resembles Super Saiyan Rosé 3, though the user's eye ridges become smooth again and retains eyebrows. It also makes the user regrow their tail and gains a considerable increase in muscle mass. The game version of the transformation adds additional details, such as red, shadow trim around the eyes similar to Super Saiyan 4, as well as the remains of his mask igniting into flames upon activating the transformation.

In the game, Crimson achieves this form by siphoning energy from the fake mortals of the Pseudo Universe, while in the anime he appears to achieve it by taking energy from the universe itself. In the manga he achieves the form thanks to Saiyan Power after regenerating from Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta's attacks. In all media, the form is presented as a definitive step above Super Saiyan Rosé 3, as Crimson was using the latter before achieving the former.

In the game, Crimson is able to fight Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku, going on to outmatch him thanks to Goku's stamina having dropped from earlier usage of the form. Following this he easily defeats Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Berserk Controlled) Vegeta. He then fights Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta, who is unable to defeat him until evolving further.| In the anime, though initially overwhelmed by Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku and Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Berserk Controlled) Vegeta after their special training, Crimson achieves Super Saiyan Rosé Full Power after siphoning energy from the Pseudo Universe. He then is able to completely overpower Vegeta, and easily deals with Golden Frieza and Golden Meta-Cooler, though he did not wish to battle them, instead opting to summon King of Destruction Omega Shenron to fight them so as not to be distracted.

In both media, against Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta, Crimson was at a slight disadvantage as he was overpowered, though compensated with his healing ability in conjunction with power-ups from near-death, which Crimson planned to use to run out Gogeta's fusion timer. However, upon facing Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Gogeta, Crimson's healing ability and newfound strength became utterly meaningless, as Gogeta deals him far too much damage for him to recover from. In the manga, Gogeta injures him so severely that after he suddenly defuses before he can deal the killing blow, Crimson is easily finished off by a combined energy wave from Goku and the Warrior in Black. In the anime, Gogeta does not run out of time and annihilates Crimson with a final punch, disintegrating him completely.
