Notes:
1:this form is 40X stronger then 3th form, as for how strong is this form when been mastered well it will be 23X stronger then final form/base form of Frizea race.
2:this form won't handle super Saiyan but maybe tho if user is above Frizea and cooler.
3:this form can't go 90X or higher on speed boost because that's limit
Weaknesses:
1:it drains user stamina
2:it will make user tired as well
3:it will lower the user durability.
4:will drain ki as well.
How to get this transformation:
1:need to be Frizea race.
2:by powering up as your base or 3th form
3:training in gravity places or planets that have good number gravity
4:wish for that form on super Shenron or higher
