History and origin of transformation:
Vegeta got this form from being trained by beerus and plus whis gave him a new tail so he got oozaru form by using his super Saiyan blue and his moon technique.
Levels:
Master level:this form need a lot of training and control of this form for 4 weeks but in time chamber in 2 years, when being trained by divine being will take for 4 to 6 days.
