Catching Up

Recap- Vic met Tara for the first time and made a video with her. Johnnie helped Vic bring her mattress into the house and helped her set up her bed frame.

Victorias POV

I woke up this morning feeling accomplished because I finally finished unpacking yesterday. I sit up from my bed and swing my feets over the side of the bed and look around the room. I'm glad I took time to unpack cuz jeez I knew that if I didn't do it yesterday then it wouldn't get done in like two months.

I stand up and get hit with a wave of lightheadedness. Shit I forgot to take my pills. I stay stood up with my hands out to the side till my vision is brought back to normal. I take a normal, calm, step to my bedside table and open the drawer and pull out a bottle of my Iron medication. I look around my room for a bottle of water. Another shit ensues and I've come to the realization that I'm going to have to make my way to the kitchen for a glass of water to wash down my pill. Usually my Anemia isn't so bad but last night I didn't feel like eating because of how busy I was unpacking it caused me to not have an appetite.

I concluded that to be the main cause of my extreme dizziness as I opened the door and walked out with a pill bottle in one hand and the other tracing the wall as I walked to the kitchen which isn't quite far. When situations like this happen I don't really tell anyone or react because there's a really simple solution. It's just sometimes I'm going to have to become serious and put a lot of energy on safely making my water to a water source without fainting or having to sit on the ground and wait for the black blobs and rainbow strips to go away. I'm just about to pass the end of the couch as Jake greets me.

"Hey Vic how'd you sleep last night" Jake says while looking up from his phone.

"Good" I wanted to say more like 'I finished unpacking last night' But I was so set on getting water and at least some type of food.

"Hey you okay" Jake says as he sits up from the couch.

"M'fine" I mumble as I finally make my way to the kitchen island. As I said this to Jake I held up the pill bottle and shook it at him as if to give him the exact explanation on why my eyes were wide open and I was trying to pay attention to every step I took.

"Oh yeahh I forgot, you need anything" He says as he gets up from the couch and makes his way to me. As he was saying this I was taking a pill from the bottle and walking to the refrigerator.

"No i'm ok" I say as I open the fridge, take out a water bottle and I throw the pill into my mouth then take a couple of gulps of water.

Jake walks up the island and takes a seat while I look in the fridge for something to eat.

"You got a pancake mix?" I ask jake.

"Yeah over there" Jake says as he points to a cupboard. I walk over to the cupboard and open it, as I'm searching for the pancake mix Jake is asking me something. "So I know you just moved here and you have only basically filmed a video with me twice but I was wondering if you would want to film a video with me, Johnnie, and Tara at the Queen Mary" Jake says with a questionable tone.

"Are we gonna do what Sam and Colbey do" I say as I search for a mixing bowl, I find it and start the pancake process as this conversation continues.

"Yeah kinda we're just going to try and talk to them but not for too long" Jake says as he watches me cook.

"Yeah sure when?" I ask Jake as I open the fridge to grab a couple of things.

"Tomorrow sorry for only asking now" Jake says as he gets up and walks to the couch to grab his phone.
