Daniel's POV:

Mom always expects me to become a businessman , but I don't want to become one. I want to be an engineer , but she says that I won't get any money from it , even though all she does is smoke all day. My parents are arguing downstairs. I assume that Ella , my sister , already went outside to escape this stresshole. I have to stay here and do homework. I don't really get any freedom with my mom expecting me to do this and that , back and forth. She says I have to follow her commands to be in the "right" position. She says my friends are "poor" and "stupid" , but I know that isn't true. Parents expect you to do this job , not for your own life or health , it's for the money. Some parents just like to force children to do what they want because they know they can't earn as much. Some parents like to keep their reputation good and bright , even if it means damaging their own health.

Parents have control over their children , which is reasonable , but not letting them move with their own lives is harsh. I would just like to express myself more instead to following commands like a slave.
