I woke up and checked my phone, my eyes immediately widening once I saw the notification from Archie. "What the hell." I mumbled as I rubbed my eyes to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I headed downstairs and thankfully Nessa and Lila were up. "Umm, guys." I cleared my throat. "What." Lila sighed as she paused the T.V.
"Look at this." I walked up to them and faced my phone towards them. Once I got home from the game yesterday, I explained what happened to my sisters. "Oh my god, he totally wants to take you out." Lila looked up at me. "Message him!" Nessa exclaimed. "No, let him message you." Lila shook her head. "He doesn't have my number?" I confusingly answered.
"Yeah, so he then can ask for your number. Don't make the first move." Lila eyed me. "Alright, then." I sighed as I went back upstairs to get ready for my morning walk. I went into my room and got changed and did what I had to do.
I started walking when I heard someone call out my name. "Hailey?" His voice called. I turned around. "Archie." I tilted my head and put on a fake smile. "Where you going?" He asked. "Stalker." I mumbled under my breath. "For a walk, why?" I answered. "Oh, funny enough, same." He raised his eyebrows. He walked up to me and gestured his arms forward.
We started walking when he cleared his throat. "Did you see my DM?" He turned his head to me. I avoided eye contact as I replied, "What DM?"
"I asked if you still got your footy with you." He cleared his throat. "Oh. Yeah, I still do." I awkwardly scratched my neck. "Did you read what I wrote?" He confusingly looked at me. "Uhh, what did you write?" I lied. "Read it when you get home." He chuckled. "Will do." I nodded. "So, you got anything on today?" He changed the subject.
"Not that I know of, no." I laughed. "You?" I faced him. "Same." He sighed. I heard a notification go off, it was from my phone.

Helena: morning!! call me when ur back from ur 'morning walk'. anything happen w archie??
I immediately switched my phone off, worried incase Archie was reading over my shoulder.
