Deltarune - Noelle x M Reader

The Beginning

It was a normal and lovely morning. The birds were singing. The flowers were blooming. On days like these. Kids like you, slept through your 20 alarm clocks. You slowly woke up on your comfy bed. You tiredly grabbed your phone and looked at the time. It was only 8:06. Luckily, your school started at 10:00 because it was always a late day on Monday. As you slowly fell asleep. You then remember that it was Tuesday and class starts at 8:30.

Y/N: "Holy!"

You quickly woke up and got off your bed and ran to get changed and to do your business in the bathroom. While inside the bathroom, you saw a random white dog sitting on the floor of your bathroom.

Y/N: "Hey Mom, there's a dog in our bathroom..."

The dog seems to be chill like that, so you decided to leave him alone. After whatever that was, you got changed and ran downstairs. You quickly grabbed your daily and healthy meal of Fresh air and ran to the front door. You quickly unlocked it, open it, and ran. Then you came back to close the door before running to school again. You checked your phone.

Y/N: "Good, it's only 8:17. I have time... maybe I should look around this town."

I may have forgot to explain who you were. Oops. Well it's better to start now than later. You were new to this town full of weird monsters. Like seriously, talking walking cats? A weird purple dinosaur? A talking fish!? What's next? A talking reindeer? What I'm trying to say is that your basically a human in this town full of monsters. Of course there's another Human but they had their spotlight in the games. Now it's yours, and someone else. Now where was I? Sorry, I got off topic. You were a new kid in this town. Of course you already been to the school we were talking about. But the schedule was confusing. You used to live in a town full of humans. But *enter very very sad story* and now you been adopted by strange monsters. Of course you loved them and they loved you. Now I would explain more about your life. But let's get this part over with.

After talking to yourself in your head. You made it to school on time. It was lovely, just two classrooms for some reason. And a mystery closet at the end of a hallway. You will definitely avoid that for now. You walked down the hallway to your classroom. The bell hasn't ringed yet for passing period so you have time to chill. While walking down the hallway. You saw a reindeer-like monster with short brown fur, a red nose, freckled cheeks, and prominent front teeth, as well as a pair of small antlers atop her head. She seems to walk up straight and has long golden blonde hair. She wears a red and green checkered sweater with dark grey sleeves and a dark grey skirt. That reindeer monster was talking to a large avian with blue feathers, a yellow beak, and yellow legs. He wears black framed glasses, a collared white button-up shirt with striped sleeves, and a black shirt layered underneath. That avian seems to brag a lot about himself. And that reindeer seems to go along with whatever that avian said. You try to walk pass them but that annoying blue avian called you out.

???: "Well,  another slow minded peasant in this school."

The annoying blue avian said.

Y/N: "What? What did I do to you?"

You said in a confused and somewhat angry voice.

???: "Just forget about him please... he sometimes acts like this."

The nice reindeer-like monster said to you.

???: "But Noelle! He needs to learn the hard truth!"

The blue avian said while holding one finger up.

Noelle: "Berdly... this is the reason why people hate you..."

The reindeer-like monster said. Seems like her name was Noelle.

Berdly: "Oh everyone wants to be friends with me! The amazing  PC GAMER!"

Okay, that annoying blue avian is called Berdly. What a dork.

Noelle: "Just leave, Berdly... I'll talk to the new kid."

Noelle said, she seems to be tired of Berdly.

Berdly: "Alright! But if he gets dumber! Get away from him!"

Berdly said as he walks away with a smirk on his face.

Noelle just placed her hand on her face and just question her life. She then removed her hand off her face and looked at you.

Noelle: "I'm sorry about him. He is just... to much to handle. Anyways, you probably already know. But I'm Noelle holiday. And you are?"

She said with a smile as she sightly tilt her head to the side.

Y/N: "Oh... I'm Y/N. I just moved to this town a couple of days ago."

You said shyly since it was your first time talking to a monster that wasn't your parents.

Noelle: "Oh what a lovely name. And don't worry, Even though I'm a monster... I won't harm you. It's not like I can..."

Noelle said calmly and softly probably trying to not scare you. But she seems and look nice so you weren't scared either way.

Y/N: "Well thank you... you are so kind."

A monster being kind to you? Did all those stories the humans made about monsters were just lies?

Noelle: "Anyways, The bell is about to ring and will start passing period. I'm pretty sure we have the same class. Bye!"

Noelle said as she quickly walked away, not giving you a chance to answer back. You were able to catch a small blush on her face as she walked away. That was weird but hey, you probably made a new monster friend. Before you head to your class. You decided to go into the restroom of the school to chill. As you walked through the restroom door. It was pretty clean. You then noticed the white dog from your house bathroom now sitting on the floor of the restroom you're in.

Y/N: "What the? Why are you here?"

You then looked at the sign next to the dog. It said,

"This restroom is the property of Dogintherestroom. Not Doginthebathroom. Two Different Dogs"

Y/N: "What's next? Doginthetoilet?"

You then heard a bark from one of the toilets in the restroom.

Y/N: "Goddamm it!"
