Chapter 2: The Island of Music, Elegia!

The Red-Hair pirates started to set sail, leaving the port of Fusha village, Uta was at the back of the ship watching the shore. Luffy was standing at the dock waving them off, Uta didnt know why but she felt like something wasnt there anymore in her as she left. The island became out of view, but Uta still stood at the back of the ship looking towards where the island was.

"Already missing Luffy?" Shanks said smiling, walking up to where Uta was.

"No I'm not!" Uta said angrily "Why would I miss him? Besides, living out on the sea is better."

Uta wasn't lying about the part were living out on the sea was better, but she was missing Luffy, a lot more than she thought she would. She continued to watch the sea, and she recalled all the various challenges they had competed in.

"You know its not bad to miss someone, especially your first ever friend." Shanks said, patting her head. She just looked away avoiding his gaze, which he chuckled at.

"Where are we going exactly?" Uta asked trying to change the topic.

"That's a surprise, you will find out when we get there." Shanks said as he walked away.

"No fair!" Uta pouted watching shanks leave.

Uta looked back at the sea one more time before going to her room in the ship. Once she got there, she laid down and ended up falling asleep.

Uta woke up getting out of bed and fixed her bed hair, then walked out of her room and headed to the deck. She was greeted by Shanks who was just about to walk down to wake her.

"Oh, you're up now, just in time" Shanks said, "We have just got in view of the island."

Uta rubbed her eyes to wake up more and walked out on the deck looking out to the front of the ship, there was a big island with a large city that was lit up from all the lights.

"Where are we?" Uta asked as she looked at the island, then looking back at Shanks.

"Elegia, the Island of Music." Shanks said smiling at her.

Uta quickly looked back towards the island walking closer to the front of the ship, feeling a surge of excitement go through her. She really was about to set foot on the Island of Music, it was like a dream.

"We will stay here for a day before continuing are voyage, lets enjoy it while we can." Shanks said walking up next to his daughter.

Uta nodded excitedly, she quickly ran to her room and got into some nicer clothes. Once she finished dressing, she walked out on the deck to the crew lowering the stairs down to the dock, which she walked down. She looked over to see a crowd of people waiting and as they saw her, they cheered. It was a bit overwhelming to her that all these people came to meet them. She wasn't used to this type of stuff.

"Please give her some space! Don't scare her." A man said walking out of the crowd of people, Shanks was just walking down the stairs and saw the man.

"You must be King Gordon." Shanks said, reaching out to shake his hand. "I must thank you for letting us come to the island."

"That would be me, and your very welcome." Gordon said shaking Shanks hand. "This would be Uta I must presume?"

Gordon was looking at her, Uta was a bit overwhelmed by everything, so she got closer to Shanks.

"Yes, she is." Shanks said smiling. "She is the musician of are crew."

Gordon smiled, then spoke "Shanks has told me a lot about you, he said you have a truly wonderful voice, we here in Elegia welcome anyone who has a love for music like we do even if their pirates."
